Horrible experience.. I ordered some general items.. When I was tracking my order it showed 'dispatched' but on the expected day of delivery I received a call asking me to cancel my order since it was general items and parcel cannot be delivered since it is heavy! WAT AN EXCUSE! if u guys don't have your basic logistics in place why are you running this business... I am not going to cancel my order... Either deliver my goods or else give me in writing that you won't be able to deliver... I will take the necessary legal steps.. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

Hi. I m a new user. I will be ordering medicines. What prescription u ? Don't u give medicines without prescription? I use sleeping pills and stress tabs since 21 yrs after a b v major a incident. I a lot den only I get sleep. Been taking them. since after my v v v major accident.g hv to walk with short elsewhere ow crutches. And also do u give 30% discount on all the medicines every month. Because in d store I buy I get 10% discount. And why don't u give home delivery? I don't know any midlife store. I stay in Mumbai, malad(west). Kindly reply.

They play with peoples money. In spite of paying full money, uploading prescription and giving an undertaking to produce hard copy of original prescription at the time of delivery, they did nothing with the order for 24 hours. Status was showing they are evaluating prescription still. Really? 24 Hours?? Moreover, it was an insulin. A life saving drug and this is their sensitivity to an order. Not only laggards, they are playing with peoples health.

Very worst app. Please don't ever n ever use this app. Executives working their are irresponsible. They don't know about any thing. I placed one order with prescription and everything is perfect with that but some of medplus customer care executives were calling me and they are misguiding me that it is invalid. They don't have knowledge about any thing. There were not at all good at communicating. They were passing the calls accordingly where I used to know about my query. Hell bulshit app. Nothing is proper as they were showing in online. All is just for popularity thats it....even a small medical shop is far better than this app. Worst experience with this. Please remove this App from Google. Fake assurance are given to people's. They 'll not obey their words.

Worst experience ever........i have placed an order for a medicine which was needed urgently yesterday they said it will delivered in 24 hrs contacted customer care as well 3 times but no response recived i have paid for it in advance n now i dnt even have the option of cancelling the order and refunding my money. Their tracker says my medicine has reached the store at mundka yesterday at arnd 4 while i stay at east delhi krishna nagar area n since then i am waiting for the home delivery of the medicine. I dnt knw y wud it ne arranged from so far off when they can be arranged from a nearby store. Customer service helpdesk is also not helpful. Dnt waste ur money and time ordering and installing this app. Plzzz delete this app from google.

Crappy service. I was assured a delivery within 48 hours. Now it's been 8 days and I've not received my order yet. I get an email everyday saying that I'll get my parcel tomorrow but the tomorrow never comes. They have a WhatsApp number on their website but when you talk with them they are least bothered to even reply. I called them on the another number and the guy says that I'll get it tomorrow, everyone just says the same thing that I'll get it tomorrow. I've ordered medicine and I think you must understand that I need to take it everyday and because of your service I've missed it for so many days. The reason I've ordered online is because it is not available in any chemist shop near me. I've paid ₹3000 for my meds only to be disappointed. Never going to refer this app to any of my friends.

This is the worst medical service ever. Medicine r needed for emergency, but med plus made their goal to deliver it very very late. If u care about yourself, do not order your medicine from here, it would be delivered to you in the next century.

Fake company they eat your money they never return its like 7 days they havent returned my money back. Donot order from them they are worst and they donot have anything. I will complain against you people. Total bogus and fake company they dont have any standards no genuinicity loosers.

Good discounts but poor logistics. My order was cancelled because you couldn't ship it. How worse can it get?

Amount paid on 22nd. Received on 26th. Customer care person disconnects when enquired. Extremely slow service.

It's very difficult to upload the prescription. It's all for file to be in a perticular size. And medplus thinks we can resize the image crop it in laptop and then upload. It's pain.

APP IS NOT RELIABLE TO GET PRODUCT INFORMATION There are several medicines those product information are not given, as an example in Tenipride 20mg the molecule information is missing. Some molecules has been given with half information as. Now dr rxed my father Januvia in which i found side effects through your app but with tenali there is nothing written so as cost is higer with januvia and i am seeing side effect i asked my doc, he told me not to purchase from medplus as it is misleading by not mentioning higly risky molecules side effect like TENALIGLIPTIN. Doc also told probably this is mutual understanding in between comanies and you to sales their products with good incentive you could get. It is a request Plz dont sacrifice human life because of business. Els give a-z about all molecules you deal with it will be great if you can uplode product inserts of all products as people are getting smarter it will help. Waiting for positive change.

This is a stupid app/site that requires prescription for OTC products.i bothered to write queries, get a positive response and then ordered only to get a call that denture cleaning tablets need a prescription...what a waste of time. and the prescription verifiers are rude,very very rude.what a waste of time.never shop here

The most worst app.. don't install app n don't place the order for any medicines..I've placed one order for emergency need coz of not avialability in our locality..it's been since a Week my product not got delivered.. Worst experience with medplus.

I had a good experience with medplus, they just delivered the product within 1day which was beyond my expectations, thank you for that only one thing I have to say that I found some medicines price more than other sites and they give only 10% discount while most of the other sites give 15%...Overall good experience.

I am a frequent buyer from Medplus, but due to their customer care arrogance, I am stopping business with them and uninstalling the App, their compliant module doesn't work.

Worst app can't find any location.

They claimed to deliver in 4 hrs. But after 36 hrs they cancelled my order by their end. And then they say refund process takes 7 working days
