Says to use bedrails to keep patients from wandering this now considered a restraint and out of the cna's scope of practice

Awful only 3 questions a category then you pay.

Although a few questions need to be updated for example leaving the patient in a wheel chair with the brakes is considered a restraint only time it should have the brakes is when you're moving the patient from bed to wheel chair and the dentures should always be rinse with cold water not warm water.
