『UTV』簡介及使命
網絡影音是近年新興媒體廣播模式，它集互聯網、多媒體、通訊等多種技術於一體，代表著傳統影音業未來的發展趨勢。為緊貼社會發展潮流，街坊總會將成立網上電視頻道『UTV』，意思為『Your TV』，一個為您而設的電視頻道。

『UTV』是一群由年青人合力構建，各人都有著共同的理念，為澳門創建另類傳播媒體，屬於澳門人的網路電視頻道，節目緊貼生活及潮流文化，收看對象無限制亦無國界，UTV節目提供生活潮流資訊，亦關心社會文化及時事，更會於未來制本澳門的生活點滴。未來亦會製作更多不同節目類型，開設更多頻道，將澳門時下熱點及資訊傳遞給澳門本地居民乃至全球華人想多了解澳門生活文化的華人！
