Won't let me reload my check

Can't use on rooted device = useless

The app will not open. It takes you through the log in process, but as soon as you have been verified, it bounces you back to the log in screen. Very disappointed. It will let you log in the card number to check a balance, but you are not able to access the card to track transactions. Please fix!!! I have multiple cards was excited to use the app to keep track of them. Only option is the full site. Again, very disappointed.

This is the worst app!!!!! It kept saying that my card number was wrong when I know for damn sure it wasn't wrong. Horrible. You should probably just delete this app.

Would not let me take a pic of a check for deposit...it shows a quick clear image but then the one it is to submit is very fuzzy...it's like they don't want you to submit a check image successfully.

Doesn't show multiple cards with balances.

Good if you just want a balance but you can't add money by taking a picture of the check. Tap on Ingo and nothing happens. You also need to create a notification to let you know your card has been put on fraud alert instead of people going to use the card and nothing happens. Then you guys send snail mail to let people know it's on fraud alert instead of about email

This app is a waste of time.It wouldn't even let me add my card to my profile.It's most likely a scam.

It's a nice app and works well for the temporary card you get when initially issued. Once I received a permanent card, the card balance shown on the app reflects zero dollars because it only shows the balance of the temporary card. Which of course has transferred to the permanent card. I tried to register my permanent card number as a fix, but it tells me that the card is already registered, even though it doesn't show it. Hope the app gets fixed soon, because at this point the app is worthless to me.

Liked it when it worked. Now I can't check balance. Glitch in app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Still not working. Very frustrating!

This app is invaluable in managing my prepaid card. I can check my balance, deposit checks, and see my transaction history.

Will frequently require several attempts to log in. All attempts to use the mobile check load feature results in the app crashing and going back to the login screen.

May be a good app, but not executable on rooted devices...
