I use this to buy pet food. Very nice shoppers and fast delivery! Pero sana ibalik nila ang GROCERY. The store they replaced it with isn't really a grocery store, convenience store lang

MetroMart was initially a great option for home delivery grocery as they had a good selection of stores and fairly reliable service. The app UI in itself was pretty easy to use albeit with some bugs/slowness with their credit card payment gateway. This year they implemented a 10% service fee on top of the delivery fees that apply when you don't hit the minimum purchase amount (per store not per total cart order) and that didn't sit too well but I guess it's understandable. I just wish it was one or the other instead of both. Then after March 15 or so it seems their tie-up with SM Supermarkets ended and since then they haven't offered a replacement grocery service. While they do have many specialty stores available, the lack of a day-to-day grocery option pretty much invalidates most of the service. Without a mass market grocery partner, there's little to no point of using this unless you REALLY like organic / niche products. Were it not for the last item I'd rate this app/service higher.

Love that they have unique items like Babci pierogi. All start ups will have teething problems but the concept and convenience is great. Still better and cheaper than fighting traffic and paying php50 parking fees to do groceries.
