USELESS APP!! Kept kicking me out of login area; after 5 times uninstalling/installing app. TEACHERS!! PLSE EITHER USE WATSAPP OR EMAIL rather than this GUNDU app!!! Which will be a 2-way response rather than this app...appreciate much.

School sent out QR codes to parents and all came back useless as the developer decided to update the app such that those codes aren't necessary. Most schools in Singspore starts beginning of January, so at least get your logistics done before we start, holy crap. Edit: notifications do not send out right for messaging blog. Glitches in the app cause wrong changes to attendance taken and everything has to done again. Forms does not allow options nor signatures. Can't delete forms created. What did the school paid for exactly, I don't know!

It is really substandard. Please scroll down and see what others are saying too. Wonder how schools are allowed to award contract to such a vendor and we parents have no say in such procurement matters.

I have been receiving reply from teacher for message from our parents. Got alert. After login to snapp, cannot find the latest response. Response message is not place at the top most. Pretty weird.

Latest version remains a failure.

Suppose to be an apps to feedback to school when child is unwell on mc... There is not a single place for me to writw this msg... Only teachers can write msg to me... I cannot even reply. What is the use of this apps anyway??????? Useless

This will be better if it can be a 2-way communication platform (parents can also initiate messages) so we can be connected to teacher for making enquiries easily.

Apps like this only used up personal handphone memory. Mostly a one way communications.

It cannot go back to previous screen. Always exit when hit back button. Not many functions available. Guess need a lot more improvement. is it written by amatuer programmer, it seems to be.

I seriously do not know what is the use of this apps. I was told I can see my kid attendance and what time is is in school but there is absolutely nothing showing at all ! I wonder who developed the apps and who approved it. I hope MOE are not paying for this apps because it is really useless !

For Android phone, when you want to navigate to previous Main Landing Shortcut page, you hit the back key. The App asks you to confirm Exit instead. It's time to fix the User Interface source code.

First time uploading this app for son sec school, but cannot register. Click register but always been log out as app not responding. So frustrating. Pls rectify prob. Thks.

Keep asking you to change password, cannot login in also password change cannot submit.

If not because my children's schools are using this app, I would never ever use this. Poorly designed and difficult to use.

After the new update, I am not able to view the attachment. The e-signature is bad. The previous version e-signature is much better. I would have uninstall the app if not because of my son school requirement to use this app.

To the developer. Please rectify your app or pull it out of play store. To school asking parents to use this app. Please do not as this app does not work.

after the upgrade, i lost all the previous forms/memos. Not only that, the new app doesn't even allow me to view any attachments nor submit my approval. The old app, though has a poor UI, it at least allow me to review and acknowledge stuff, this is a total failure.

I get notified but I can't find the message I need. Defeats the purpose of paperless.

Logged in ,asked to change password, but the stupid thing is that it does not change the password and keep prompting that email has been used. Of course it's the same email that I will use.

App keep asking for updating versions, but never seem to improve. Always fail to keep the log in password. Not a useful app
