Very poor UI design. Old school developer. Utilization should display latest year not history back in 2014. Or at least allow user to choose what to display in which year. Deserve 1 star only

Good but, how to submit claim using this mobile apps?

Multiple errors for forgot password or user id. Email for forgot userid never arrived. Do you ever check your apps before releasing? One of the worst apps I've ever used.

No claim submission page. So unable to do the claim request. Please fix it.

I have tried several time however it keep on halt. Do you need an update andros to run this app? It is nice thought that consumer can extra service from finger tip. However this is the worst experience i had. Make it lite and most likely welcome

Stupid app that doesn't show all the available clinic near me. Not user friendly to find nearest clinic with wrong gps location provided.

Couldn't register and email to them the answer is ask to my HR. My HR also didn't know about it then who should i ask?

Approved dated claim on 15012016. In my med stated pymt made 3 days from approved date.rved email on 22012016 pymt made in 14 dys..which one is the correct point.hopefully can improve paymt period within 5dys..called claim dept..ooo this system problem oooo this IT problem ooo this finance issue..we not sure..
