MSN Weather - Forecast & Maps

What I like... it's simple, easy to use and understand. Now, what I don't like... It can't find my town, but it found the nearest town to where I live. I guess that is good enough... Next : Why can't I resize the widget??? I can't center it on the phone's display and because it can't be resized, its either on the left side or on the right side of the screen. And it looks stupid...

The most useful and clear interface of all the weather apps I've tried. After using on Windows phone for years, kept it as my default weather app when I moved to android. But here it keeps signing me out and the temperature unit automatically shifts to Fahrenheit when I'm not signed in. Really really annoying!

Consistent widget among different platforms. It looks the same on Windows 10, Windows phone and android nova and touchwiz. I do not know why, but changing the launcher on android is enough to mess up the widgets

No severe weather alerts. Settings extremely limited. It can't compete at this time with other weather apps. It's too bad because the actual basic layout is not bad. Again Microsoft falling short in another thing. Mobile phones and mobile Windows is a good example. Company fell behind.

Desktop favourites do not work on Mobile After giving the app permission to use my precise location, it loads one 25 miles away. Logging in with a Microsoft account makes no difference, all the synced favourites, including my location, load an error page. Of little use to me.

Everything is great about this app, expect one thing, which needs to be solved, as it get doubty outside the app, when there's a chance of rain its only shows it inside the app when we open it, and doesn't show on the widget, there's no thurderstorm or rain warning on widget,as we don't open the app every time and every day we relie on widget, so work is needed on the widget part of this issue, otherwise the widget and its simplicity is great and no need to be changed

I must have tried dozens of weather apps, but this one easily beats them all. It may not be as polished as Yahoo weather, but the the amount of data it packs is very impressive (it even shows you the dew-point!). But the real winner are the amazing maps which show you the weather not just in North America but ALL over the world! Also, there's no limit on your favorite cities, the weather news is a nice touch too.

Why are the Microsoft apps always missing a few eatures to make them great. Like most of them there are no customization options with the weather app. Nor are there any notification options. Epic fail.

- The widget keeps switching to Fahrenheit instead of Celsius (my selected preference). - The 5 day forecast widget takes too much space and has a small font (it's all blank space!), would like to see a one row widget with all the info (that can be sized ie. controlling the width with it controlling number of days displayed)

Used to love this app but stopped working properly recently. Only current location still works, can't find any of my favourite locations any longer.

It would have been perfect if you have the time for all the locations. How could you missed that? I'm switching back to Yahoo weather.

It's ok. I wish the radar was more detailed like other apps. It's much too blurry.

Great app. I switched from Windows phone to Android and this app remembers all my setting. Plus it has all the same great features. I like the ski mountain forecasts the most. Also this app's forecast is more accurate than my wife's iPhone weather app. Bravo!

Why this app is not as good as the Ms Microsoft weather app found on my windows phone is a big oversight. No historical weather? Comparitively Awkward design? Geez

First it was working fine but when I updated it it stops showing my location I typed birpara tea garden and it showed me madarihat West Bengal f*** you

I like the format and maps and charts and % of chance of precipitation and news. It's worth downloading but editing favorites dont work well, hard to delete once a city is marked as favorite and it would be nicer if it would rotate when I flip my phone, get the wider view.

A good weather app that would be excellent if it gave the options to display the current temp in the status bar and to display weather on my lock screen. But don't hesitate getting this app. It is accurate weather.

App logs me out every time. Very annoying if I want to use favorite items.

Widget does not work with Android 7.0 and... I only use weather apps for the widgets.

Great. However, recently, I can no longer load or add any favorite places. Please fix or will need to replace.

This app sucks. I cannot change wind speed from mph to km/h, this makes it unusable for Europe :( uninstalling...

Doesn't work with lastpass for signin, like most Microsoft apps

For quite a few days it show thunderstorms but there hasn't been any rain at all!!

The home address is totally inaccurate. Wish they could fix that. Tis why i deprecated my review

Nice app but needs a modern widget. The current widgets are tacky.

Its ok app but not accurate compared to channel nine and thirteen .

Love the way it works weather and news in one app. What I have seen so far the accuracy is 90 %. Will have to update this after I have used it longer than a week

Literally cannot find my country or my city whatsoever... Very bugged.

Widget randomly shows temp in Fahrenheit even though set to Celsius. Basic functionality broken.

Shows sunny wheather when there is heavy rain and thunderstorm!

Good UI, easy, simple but app not update location for a day, pull down to refesh is nothing

Very good app especially in detailed mode. Has proven to be accurate so far. Easy to understand data...all sort of info including historical data...

On windows phone we can find historical data of last 30 years in this app & it most interesting and unique data for this app but why not available here this data?

Always a dependable one, cross platforms! No need to keep trying the millions of weather apps out there. Nice work!

The app is really easy to use and has a nice clean UI. The widgets (except the 4x2) are really basic and almost useless. The 4x2 widget could use some improvement.

Love the layout and lack of ads. Easy to use and very fast. Great UI. Switched from the weather channel and I'll never look back 10/10.

Was looking for a "records and averages" page but it didn't have one. Shows one on the examples and I can see one on my home computer.

None of this info is displayed on this app. Only temp.
