بالإضافة إلى كونه موقعاً إخبارياّ سياسياّ، يُعنى بالأخبار الليبية بشكل رئيسي، فإن موقع "إيـــوان ليبيا" يستهدف جمع الأقلام الليبية، واستقطاب ما تكتبه النخبة الليبية المثقفة من قراءات وتحليلات ومناقشات وردود وتعليقات، دون أدنى تمييز ضدّ أي كان على أساس عُنصر أو توجّه أو مذهب أو نسق فكري أو عقيدة..
مقالات النخب الليبية والعربية مُرحّبٌ بها دون استثناء شرط التقيّد بآداب التخاطب، وعدم الإساءة والتجريح، وعدم استخدام التعبيرات أو الألفاظ الخادشة للحياء، أو مهاجمة أي كان بما لا ترتضيه الأخلاق وأصول التخاطب.
