This app allows you to access Mimecast’s Cloud Services from your Android device. If your organization uses Mimecast Services for email security, email archiving or email continuity, this app provides seamless access to key services including the ability to:
- Instantly search and access content in your Mimecast personal email archive
- Access your ‘Online Inbox’ to keep you connected to email 24x7 – even when your corporate email server or Outlook access is down
- Manage your queue of messages on hold due to suspected spam
- Report a message as spam
So whether you’re on the road, in a meeting, or just away from your desk, you can be more productive with the Mimecast Mobile App.
To start using this app, simply download it – it's free, select Add Account, and enter your company email address and password. The app will then automatically connect to the Mimecast Cloud giving you instant access to all the features available. Trouble connecting? If you are having trouble connecting to the service, it may be because you have a different password set for your Mimecast Account or that your IT department hasn’t enabled mobile access for you. Contact your IT department to help you get connected. Not sure if your organization uses Mimecast? Your IT department will be able to tell you. If your organization is already using Mimecast, encourage them to let you access the service from your mobile device so you can be even more productive.
Access to the Mimecast Mobile app and services available through the app are dependent on the Mimecast Services your organization subscribes to.

I love mimecast, but I was forced to downgrade my rating to 3 stars because somebody at mimecast had the brainwave to remove the ability to manage multiple mail accounts, really inconvenient as i have multiple mailboxes at work, really inconvenient please restore this function ????

Mimecast only works when you are chained to your desk. It only works on a IP address associated with your network. It is so secure that is unusable. I really stupid app.

After this update, unable to download attachements. Unable to respond to emails... what's the point of having this App in the first place? Accessing via web browser works fine... our IT ppl checked it and all sorted their side. pls fix or I will have to uninstall.... Still an issue

Mimecast no longer works for me. It won't respond to touch. Tried reinstalling but it still won't work. Please fix! EDIT: The problem is with a screen overlay called Twilight. I added Mimecast to the ignore list and now it seems to be functioning!

Always glitchy. But you really need to release a compatibility update for Android 6.0. Because now you can't even enter your pin half the time. Seeing as I use this for *work* this is kind of unacceptable. Fix your stuff!

Had to reload my phone. Now, when I open the app, I cannot set ir up. It just shows the screen to add an account, but will not let me add one. Phone does not freeze, just the app.

This app is just OK. Annoyed that it doesn't save my username and let me log in with a pin anymore and also no email notification but apart from that I can see my emails. Also asks me to set up a new pin every time I go into it but never actually asks me to use it... Could do with fixing.
