MINDTING Discussions on Topics

Mindting is a simple and elegant app for instant discussions on topics with like minded. It is designed to replace group emailing where people form a mail chain to discuss on a topic, with their contacts. And it is not unusual for common interest groups to create an email based, public group forum to discuss on topics with like minded people. Email based group communication suffers from various problems like, bloated mail chains and huge amount of new mail notifications, which essentially constrains people not to discuss on topics effectively or at least freely.

In mindting, topics can be created and email contacts can be invited to join the topic discussion. Every topic should have a simple description like subject of an Email, to help members to easily identify the topic. Discussion can happen in real time like a chat which allows users to freely share their thoughts. Any member of the topic can opt to follow / unfollow the discussion at anytime or invite new members to join the topic. If the invited member is not registered with mindting, invitee would receive a mail with topic invite link, with which he/she could join the discussion, without even signing up.

Public topics can also be created, for which interested users shall join without invite. Top or trending topics will be shown to users which helps them to choose and join with interesting topics.

Every registered member, will be assigned with a mindting ID and a chat URL, which they could expose to others to have a quick chat. This can be considered as a phone number or Email ID equivalent of personal chat communication world.
