I bought jeans at first week of Nov, first of they delivery or jeans was late and after tht when I opened the jeans there was a big hole in the jeans then I tried to return the parcel through app and mailed then around 10 times regarding this but no one responded. Please it's a genuine advice please don't buy any product from this app even if u r getting great discounts.

I had ordered Farenheit Unisex Aviator Sunglasses(ordno- 33392) and thr was smal tiny mark on lens and I requested for exchange. Even aftr exchange (ordno-35965)I received sunglasses with scratch inside on the left lens and with different nose pads size....The seller is Space optical co. My worst shopping experience and worst seller. Again Nevr gonna shop in Royzez. Buyers pls be aware of space optical co seller. Pls royzez don make false promises to customers. U disappointed again royzez.

I prchsd a smsng smrt phn on 3rd of dec. I got thre bnfts, no.1 is i got a gud amnt of csh bck the phn was of 8050 and i got csh bck of 1050 so i paid only the rest amnt of 7k so after plcng the ordr the delvry was gting delyd as expected time so i rang up to their cstmr srvce. A guy named Binoy pkd the call and i told him all the case then he immediately spoken to their cncrnd dprtmnt and done the nedful for me and till order delivry he was cntnusly takng folow up with me tim 2 tim nd ordr delvrd on tim

It's a good app and website as well, delivering order in 2-4 days, and also product quality is awesome with best price.

I got my product delivered with huge delay and 4 star for the developer and the product, its a good and affordable microwave. But delivery is pathetic and once delivered I can see snap deal all over the box.. so I guess its a snapdeal child website.. but the app is designed well by the developer.

these guys are totally fraud. They delivered me the wrong item but don't replace or return the item and also don't answer my call or mail. They are not sellers. Full bunch of rascals just steal our money

very slow app, Bug on website & very pathetic customer service by Royzez, Here Items go out of stock from your account after you have paid for the product. When asked for Refund: they dont provide one, when asked for replacement they have their own funda to provide replacement. We understand this is first time you are doing business but basics of business (Customer is King) is missing at Royzez.

Guys plz dont buy anything from dis app...its totally fraud....dey dnt even pick up d call n not reply d mail....totally crap...now i decided to file suit against dem in consumer court...

App is too slow, I just opened it and uninstalled immediately. Very very limited product, there are so many other better option available out there, don't waste ur time with this app or website
