Mixed Reality Property Viewer

ABOUT THIS APP: This application serves as a means to view a designated 3D model of a building/property by means of imposing it onto a surface or temporarily replacing the reality around them with a simulated one, thus acting a mixed reality viewer for the designated 3D property.

PLEASE NOTE: A Google Cardboard headset is required to view the virtual reality tour and the 360 degree photos. The marker provided at the URL below is needed to view the Augmented Reality Image.

MOBILE APP FEATURES

- Augmented Reality Mode – The user is presented with a live feed from their camera in which they aim it at a predefined marker in order for the model of the building to be imposed onto the marker in said live feed.

- Tour – The user is taken on a fly through tour of the property at specific points. They have the option of touching the screen to pause the tour at any time. Touching tour again resets the tour.

- Floor Plan – Allows the user to view the model from a top down view which is able to be zoomed in and out.

- 360 View – A google cardboard enabled view of a 360 degree room in the model which allows the user to make use of the Google Cardboard headset to view a room of the model.

- Google Cardboard – Allows the user to navigate the 3D model via virtual reality using the Google Cardboard headset.
