Online Shopping App For Women

Mirraw on line shopping is a scam. They accept orders, take money but did not send me the saree i paid for. They did not refund my money and also blocked me from writing on their FB page

Request cancel my order since March 2017 and to refund but no action taken till today. No response on my refund. When call the customer service, always give empty promises with 72 hours will process my refund. Very poor service. When will I get the refund?? I had email to Wilson.godimadi@mirraw. com on 21/06/2017 on the my refund issue till to date no response at all. What kind of customer service is this?

Useless..these people only know how to charge more..each time I order something they have a defective piece and no extra.

Received inappropriate size of dress. Poor quality. Worst customer service. Fed up with writing e-mails

They took my money and did not ship out the order. When asked , they blocked me permanently.

Seems like the site sells replica of items. I bought a saree which had a description and colur I wanted and when item came it was not the color and I was told I was sent a replica. And now to send this back is more than what I paid for! Would not recommend to buy from this site.

The pictures are Beautifully posted, in some cases the products seems to be a bit expensive when compared with other online sites, till date not ordered hence couldn't comment on service front

I am a new user of this app. Am very happy with its attractive and unique items with heavy discount. A must have app for all. Highly recommended.

Cheters ....as i ordered dress but its completely different from the picture.have returned it but still no reply and not even got my money back....cheaterssss.

Please never order from this website Pathetic service No proper response from customer care I ordered a product to wear for my sister's marriage I placed the order on 28th june Estimated date was 4th july But still i haven't received The customer service executive was not responding properly Never never buy anything from this website
