Don't ever use this app..its a money looting machine..In most cases,the amount will get deduct from your account and u won't be getting any ticket..I think they designed this app especially for this purpose so they can loot money without much effort.Same happened with me..Still no proper action from their customer care called morons.I won't suggest Kpn anymore.

Compared to other travels ticket fare is low and smooth driving while travelling in the bus. In this KPN travels mostly considering passenger safety for their convenient. Leaving and arrival station at perfect timing.

Worst service, whenever you book tickets you have to wait more than 2 hours

Not able to log into this app. Password is getting erased if there is @symbol in it.

Dont even consider installing. Open loot of money - I tried booking a ticket as I fell a prey to their 5%app discount. Ticket was not booked but payment went through. They dont have any help desk. The email id has not responded for 15 days. This app is a joke and a money laundering machine.

Fake Bus company - Their main business is delivering parcels and packages. I traveled from Bangalore to Munnar and the bus was 4 hours late because they loaded unloaded good in the bus all night. I felt very unsafe as well as the driver stopped bus in the night in dark stretches of highway for no apparent reason. Avoid !!!

Pure Racism. Drivers are extremely rude to non Tamil speaking passengers. Most of the KPN staff expect you to learn Tamil and then board the bus. Dirty buses show their state of mind.

Very Very Very Poor in terms of Punctuality. They always comes to the pick-up point after hours of delay. But they reach the destination punctually. Here the question arises about how fast they drive to reach the destination. I really don't think it is safe to travel in KPN. I value my life, so I'm never choosing KPN again. If you value your life, I suggest you, DON'T CHOOSE KPN TRAVELS.

Worst App, enquiry staff is very unfriendly, rude. Reply in most unpleasant way. Better choose other bus services as they are far better in terms of response and service.

Irritating behavior... You guys are showing all the lower tickets booked in app.. But it's free in website.. We don't need your 5%. We need correct vacancies

They deducted Money from Net banking, but had not sent SMS or email, No response from Customer Service,when approached to KPN Office they told me that they will Credit back to my Bank account in 3 days

everything is ok. unable to login with my mail. please sort it. i can able to login in desktop not in mobile app(kpn).

Today(27/03/17) I ways book the ticket Madurai to chennai 11:45pm night but bus service told me10:00pm u come to mattuthavani bus stand,kpn bus service not properly follow the time,Iam disappointed,don't go kpn bus service

Charging more if we do on-line. Counter rates are less than this (₹ 100 variation minimum). No response at all if we ask about this. They say they will get back and that's it...KPN has lost its good will long back. Till another player comes in KPN can enjoy...time is not far for the bouncy rides. Staff behaviour no comments. They consider themselves as demi God.

Please don't prefer it. Very poor hospitality. Damaged bus condition. Taking 2 to 3 times of market ticket value and giving very poor service. This is why we mean it cheating and rated here poor. We give money for what ? Damaged bus condition, uncleaned bed sheet, no water provided, irresponsible staff, not safe to travel. Ticket is x 3 times.

i booked a ticket worth 2000 rs ...ticket not confirmed but money got deducted from my account. when i contacted the customer care some tamil speaking morons are taking phone and they dont know what to do . today 20 days completed and no idea about my money.. a frustrating experience. dont go for this travels. i hate it like anything...

Every time I am facing very worst service in KPN. We are paying money they should give good service. So pls don't prefer KPN.

For pleasure travel OK for target travel catching train flight etc. Don't prefer I planned to catch train at Central by 10 I book 2.15 bus from Trichy but bus starts by 2.30 and reach egmore by 9.45 but they mention reaching time for egmore as 8.15 . I missed the train who bare this loss bus stop s in the middle unnecessarily paying high amount what is the use we can use govt buses they also reaching by 7 hrs who to ask we have to control ourself from this forbidders...

Most of the time has seen No Server response error

Password field is not accepting special character... So, I could be able to login. Where through browser I am able to login .

Dont use this app. Tickets will not be booked but money will be deducted. Suffered twice. Still my money not received. No response from the contact number given..

This is the worst app I ever used its not booking and worst costumer service by kpn...

Late by an hour. Extremely rude driver who doesn't drop you at dropping point . stops midway and says bus won't move after this point
