Only wrote 5 stars so u could see this review. It was good at first but the next day it was turing black when i tryed to acess the map. But the next day when i oppened the app it turned white and it kept on crashing. I would rate it 2 out of 5.

It's ridiculous how many issues this app has and it's not very useful. Don't bother with this app.

Installed just long enough to scan my receipts for the rewards program and then quickly ran into problems and uninstalled. 1. Email must be verified to use in-app rewards program, but must be verified via desktop. (Most users will likely download while visiting the mall away from their desktop, so this is silly) 2. App crashed twice while scanning receipts causing me to have to rescan half my receipts twice. 3. The app has a major flaw in that any link I opened from inside my personal email would launch the MOA app. I messaged their concierge thru the MOA app and let them know and then immediately uninstalled. Only positive is that there was a live person to talk to thru their chat feature and they seemed receptive.

Dies as soon as it is opened. Useless

Used it over Black Friday, worked great. Events, deals, and the new Google-like walking directions make navigating the mall super easy.

Loved the GPS directory but couldn't find nearest restroom with it

You waste more time trying to get this damn app to work... Just use the interactive kiosks located throughout the mall. Dont waste your time or energy on this crappy app.

Always always goes to this app even when you're trying to look up something

Tried using this app while in MOA seemed like a great idea, but never found a thing. The connections just spin. Keep trying.

Never loads app. Just says loading.

Deals & events weren't up to date but map worked okay at times.

All of the pages seem to work until you click through them and then nothing loads. Might be the WiFi, but the app sucks too.

Deals are always out of date. Nothing new nor, anything exclusive here. What could possibly be the point of an app like this?

All this is is a mobile directory, without a map!

It's mid-March. Why are all the deals in the app for January?

It's nice having a list of what stores are available, but it's not good for much else. The map says it shows your location if you're on their WiFi, but that doesn't seem to work. Any deals were out of date.

The directory (90℅ of what users want) has several issues that become apparent within seconds of using it. It loads WHOLE list of merchants, which makes the list really slow to scroll. Searching by name is very basic, can't type just any part of a name, only searches starting with beginning of merchant names. E.g. looking for shake shack, you get no results when typing "shack"

The concept is great, but on my galaxy s5, the app would often get stuck on the spinning wheel and I would have to do a force stop. I couldn't get the map to work most of the time.

Have you ever heard of gps. Any type of direction at all..... don't down load, a complete waste of time

Hardly ever updates system. Most of the time the dates for events are weeks behind. Every time (EVERYTIME!) I try to open the directory the whole app closes! The whole app is pretty useless with out a directory. It's very disappointing. I have been planning a trip for months and I hoped this app would help. My own local mall has an app that works a lot better. For such a big facility and well known entertainment center, you would think they would have a team working on the app all the time.

The directory and the search functionality is useless unless you know the name of the place you want to go. No Boolean search, so it only searches by the first letter of the place (i.e. search for "massage" and there are no results, unless the name of the place starts with that word).

Store list is fine map and directions feature does not work. This is a app world get with the program

All I ever see is the "please wait" icon spinning in space...the app won't load at all for me. Worse than useless.

Didn't work right. So I DE-INSTALL it out of mine phone. yes it still update and pop-up after the de-install... WTF.
