Mobile Checkbook

Really loved this app, used it for years. It doesn't sync with your bank which is what I wanted. Easy to use but not compatible for new phones. You need to upgrade this for new phones! Gets a 5 star for usage on older phone but 1 star for no new update!

I originally used this for years on my Blackberry. Now on my android it is still a great product. Simple to use, responsive, and also has a nice cloud based backup feature. Highly recommend!

Text too small. Not friendly use

I like this product. The checkbooks Ledger I had on my I phone was better though.

Only problem is the the field for the email registration is not large enough for my email so I cannot use backup.

Had newer Androids since & ease of use keeps getting less and less. WAS GREAT APP but gonna start looking elsewhere.

I tried to set up an account to back up my data and the ap would not work properly. It just got hung up in limbo and I had to turn the program off manually. Tried twice. No reason to have this ap if I can not back up the data. Useless on a Galaxy S3!!!

Lower menu is not there anymore. I can't back up, edit transactions and other things controlled by this menu. Droid MAXX

Not working on my tab, want my money back

I love this app for my check register but it needs updated. cant use it on my new galaxy 4 active or my galaxy note tab

I love this app! Such a relief to find an app immensely better and more functional than Moola Lite which is crap. This so much better!

I purchased this app for its backup feature but after I replaced my phone i couldnt remember my password. Simple fix...just email them and ask for help in resetting it. Its now been several days and no reply. Im going elsewhere. A product is only as good as the support it gives.

I've finally found a useful and user friendly checkbooks app for the Android. The interface is clean and there's so many useful options. I've been using it for over 2 months now. I wish it had the capability to search transactions and change the order of the accounts without deleting and creating another account. This is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5

You can't edit the date? The register is pathetic! No menu? Thank god it's only 99¢. RUN AWAY!!!!

This app works great, does not link to bank account, its just a checkbook register. I used this app for years and never had any problems until now. I upgraded my phone and its not available to me anymore :( Please update to allow me to continue to use it.

I started using this app on my Blackberry 8530 Curve. Worked very well. Got it again for my new android phone. It's good, but lacks important features. Needs autofill for common entries. Needs automatic cloud backups. No update in a year is very disappointing from a paying customer. May switch.

Have used this app on a black berry, was great to see here as just got a LG phone. Two years no prob. Keep it up !

I have loved this app since I had my blackberry. The best app in this category. I used it all the time, and I miss it very much! Please make a version for the galaxy s4!!!!! I would give you 5 stars if I had a compatible version for my phone!

Was nice and simple, easy to use. Then it just unexpectely died.

Cumbersome data entry and no search function. There are better apps out there for free

On my blackberry and love it on my galaxy s2. If would sync between 2 phones(my wife and i) i would give it 5 stars

Had it on Blackberry. Knew it would be good. One of the key apps I checked on before switching platforms.

Paid for this app and I loved it..... until the last update. Now the fonts are harder to read, and it takes forever between steps to get to the next step. I didn't care about these issues cause it still works but now within the last 2 weeks it refuses to back up, says some error with the server. Anyway the back up was the most important part since this is the only record of my finances. If i break a phone or lose it there goes the data. I'm on the hunt for a new app now.

This does not work with the newer phones there is no updates customer service never answers you and they won't refund your money they use to be good but its like they don't acre anymore and have abandon its customers

I can't log in on my new phone and can't back it up on the old phone. Gonna have to look for a new app

Don't buy this app. There is no customer service and the back-up servers are offline.

Not a badly written program, but no way to choose cleared items.

Everything is good except after the last auto update a couple weeks ago when I go to modify an entry already entered all I can modify is the date and name. If I need to modify the amount I have to delete the entire entry and reenter the whole thing.

I have this app and have used it for years. I loved this app. Android did an update and since that update the app doesnt work the same way. I contacted customer service over a month ago and I have no had response. I am not happy at all. I am now looking for a new app.

OK u can not longer back up u files keeps saying remote time out as soon as u hit backup been like this for a week now just stopped working and I have emailed suppose but waist of time because they never get back to u EVER such a shame to cause it was a great app

On old phone it was great now on a MotoX with a big screen the fonts are too small

I had this app on my bb and it worked fine. I purchased an android and now it is not allowing me to utilize a password. When I try to open a new account it states I already have one registered to that email address. I want to know if there is a way to reset my password. Thank God it was only 99 cents. I will be looking for another app. I have even contacted customber service with no response.

this is a review i had originaaly written back in the day when i had this app on my nokia nothing has altered my views...This is the perfect app for those who are atm and debit card dependent and hate having those receipts build up in your pockets (as i do...or did!) just enter the details right there and Mobile Checkbook will calculate your balance for you. If you need a hard copy, you can e-mail it to yourself and delete the previous transactions. And if that wasn't enough you get prompt customer service, which is unheard of nowadays (though you probably wont even need it). Now if Mobatech could only come up with an app that would help me keep a suitable balance! addendum..this version ha an account reconciliation feature, so if your financial insitution is slow on showing transactions you can figure out where the descrepancies lay. i'm giving it 5 stars because it does exactly what it is supposed to do, no more no less

If you're coming from an iPhone and have used one of the many checkbooks app available for it, stay away from this one.. I understand that all this is supposed to be is a check register but there are just too many steps for every task.. I just want to input my debits and credits and be able to reconcile them with my account when I get the chance..

I had this app on my BlackBerry Bold and it was amazing, and so when I changed to The Samsung S 3 I paid again and installed it on The S 3 only to find when I changed the currency from Dollars to Pounds Sterling I couldn't email, the account worked fine with Dollars no good with my currency though, my poor rating isn't for not working it is for absolutely no help from the designers. Looking for an app that does what it says.

I have had this app for quite awhile now. Very simple, easy to use and works well for just about any account you need to keep track of. I had one small issue a few days ago. Customer service fixed this immediately! Excellent customer care. A++:)

I've had issues with my phone and the last checkbook app I had did not have the option to backup let alone restore!! Your app saved me!!
