Thomas Cook - Holiday Packages

not working. shows check internet connection. when i am using a 20mbps WiFi speed. disgusting.... !!!!

Still , no option to pay through gift card is coming.Neither on app nor on website. What shall I do with my TCIL giftcards?

App gets hang. Not a great experience. Now I doubt about the package tour also. Not a professional move. Really bad. If the app is this bad then how can we think about the customer service?

It's a blunder and they have launched this app in hurry and never tested. Don't install this it will hang everytime when you use.

Worst holiday planners ever. Post sales they will forget the customers. Chauffeurs provided are worst of nature. They will not take us to where we want, instead they will force us as per their plan. Not all the sotes in iternary are covered. Worst part is that you have to struggle with them and you will lose your holiday mood. Disgusting. When we complain on trip, instead of resolving the one, they will try consoling us.

I am very disappointed with the commitment made by them sending travel plan they will commit big big things once you pay they will start saying all good hotels are booked and the cheapest and worst one is left .And will project those worst one as 5 star hotels.this is what they are doing with there old customer

I made booking for Bali......If i can't see the booking procedure or anything in the app...Then whats the use of this App .. ? It's of no use for existing Customers. It's just a memory and Space eater giving notification.

App not working. Always asks for internet access. Though I m using 2mbps connection

Thomas cook being one of the much hyped travel and tour industry name is synonymous to empty vessels making noise..!! With our recent trip to Goa, it failed to offer the commited services..i agree that i was careless enough to have trusted the verbal communication only to realize later that the flight timings they offered at the beginning of my booking took a drastic drift from early morning to late in the afternoon, bringing my entire trip plan to an unpleasant toll.. Also , it was told to us that it was a group tour and hotel was booked for whole group but when we reached the hotel, nobody was there from thomas cook booking except us. Such experiences not only incurr to a financial loss, but also add to bitter memories, something which you had wished otherwise..

Worst company ever..no customer support at all...they are just money eaters....no one gives proper response..and no one is in sync...hate it to the core...first and last experience.

Even after calling the customer care end number of times, nobody picks up. What is the use of customer care when all they can do is to frustrate the customer ? Pathetic

Booked for a holiday package in 2016..and we were cheated as we never availed the service ...every time we call ..the customer support people say they'll check and get back...but never got a response.. Wasted 1lakh rupees on the trip..worst service ever

Booked Mauritius trip with Thomas Cook and it was a pathetic experience. No service at all. Please avoid using this company

Poor response, initially they said cancellation charge is 10k but deducted 21k ,when I asked they said cancellation charge is this only. How it will cost 21k to cancel a local Flight for 2 persons. Normal Flight cancellation charge is 2250 only. But u are saying 21K for cancellation for 2 persons. NO proper response from customer support team. Booking id : HLD1457003

Very Bad experience! Price was fixed for my package and full payment was made 15 days prior to travel. Hotel vouchers were not released till 12hrs before travel in spite of repeated reminders to customer care. The person dealing with my booking Mr Ankit Singh was not attending my call neither calling back which he had promised during booking. Then comes the real reason. I get a phone call from customer care saying i have to pay extra Rs 700 in order to get my vouchers. I was forced to pay extra 700 in order to enjoy my holidays. Will never ever use Thomas Cook for my holidays.

The most horrendous travel company in India. Zero response from everyone concerned once they receive money. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Poor service from Thomascook. Applied for visa 3 weeks back and no update on the status and nobody responds via email or call. Really fed up and will never recommend TC to anyone

Thomas cook service is very good Tc persons are very gentle and always care for his customer I have visited thailand previous year and very happy with Thomas cook Like to see u again very soon

It's really a great app to find out palaces available . I had a good experience with them going to Singapore and Malaysia.
