AVG report unwanted apps, intrusive adware detected, suggest uninstall it. Don't like the refundable deposit and admin fee.

No immediate support, all bicycles indicates required maintenances. Poor. Thanks for the reply. But you said immediate, you only respond after like, a week? Really? Is that the definition of "immediate"?

Good first experience with a fully working bike that took me to MBS and back, however I don't agree with this practice of needing to top up my account with $5 when I ride only occasionally, therefore no 全五分 (full 5-star rating) from me.

Great. Slight nitpick with the need to disconnect bt devices before unlock. Beyond that it does it's job brilliantly.

$196 of deposit was deducted from my bank account instead of the usual $49. Note: the amount was not even reflected as top-up, it is just GONE, not reflected anywhere but a deducted sum from my account. Sent an email to Mobike support team but has yet to receive a reply. Frustrating thing is that there is no immediate support. What could have been done is to fix the bug to not allow another victim to go through the same issue, and to refund the $147 back to me (i dont mind paying $49 deposit, but not more than that).

It's clearly stated in the "Fee and Deposit" page that "For Chinese Users (Including international users who registeredin China)", the fare is 0.5CNY/30min for Mobike Lite, and 1CNY/30min for Mobike Classic. But actually I was charged 2.5CNY for 17min riding. And there's one time I unlocked a bike then found defect, I immediately locked it within 2min, and submitted a ticket with picture taken, but I never get the refound, which has been more than 1month. Disappointed with the customer service...

Failing at the most inconvenient times. Better to use Ofo or bluegogo, which have faster bikes and faster, reliable unlock that won't waste your time.

Apps louzy and NO customer service contact hotline to solve problem immediatly. Our S$49 Deposit and eWallet Top up balance will stuck there, and totally can't use their services. After I deposited then just realize this bad Apps and Services. ***please think twice before you make deposit or top up eWallet, because somehow you can't immediate using their services, then you will upset, and most important is wasted too much time to unlock bike. (many bike under GPS offline mode and maintance status)

Good for short rides. But no free trial in Singapore unlike Obike. Some bikes are under maintenance when I try to use them!

Nice bike. Need to see more Mobike.. see obike most of the time but no sight of mobike even there is is always under maintainence... Lighter bike but not very stable when moving left and right..

The only 3 Mobikes i saw near my blk are all "under maintenance". Otherwise i can't find any Mobikes! I live near Yishun Mrt. I find Mobike looks the best among Obike and Ofo.

I biked 25km with this bike. Great for like kids not adults :( . Although when riding on wet surface, breaks are not the best on bike.

The bicycle is much better than obike and ofo. But when it comes to rainy days, the wheels are very slippery.

Lock either malfunctioned or bike was under maintenance and couldnt be unlocked. Stupid app, wasted my time

Small bike ideal for ladies (Obike a bit too heavy, sometimes hard to control)

The pros of mobike is lighter than obike. The cons is too little bike, pls increase the number of bikes

Bike riding experience is good. Map needs to be more accurate. Need to be able to feedback if bike cabt be found.
