Use the largest network of taxis to book trips for Airport Transfer, Railway Station Transfers, Offices, Malls, and Movies etc.
Simple way to book a cab using our app:
1. Select Taxi requirement (City Taxi, Airport, Station, Packages, Outstation) from bottom options; it will display available packages like point to point, airport drop etc above it in second row; select one of the packages to get cab type option above it; Select one of the cab type option like Sedan, SUV etc.
2. Set your pickup location (e.g., from your current location, home, office, airport) on the map or use VOICE feature.
3. Tap SET PICKUP LOCATION to go next step.
4. Set destination on map or by using VOICE/Search box using Google, see the fare terms, apply promo code, if any and tap RIDE NOW or RIDE LATER to book as per your requirement;
5. In case you've selected RIDE NOW, you'll get instant confirmation of taxi with taxi details. In case of RIDE LATER option, taxi is assigned 30-60 minutes prior to your pickup time.
6. Feedback matters. Once trip is completed, you'll receive fare and prompt to submit your feedback.
7. You can also email your invoice once trip is completed by going to Completed trip option in My Booking menu.
8. In case you've promo code. Please apply the same while placing request with us.
9. You can enjoy hassle-free ride, pay by going to Payment menu

Worst Service Cab changed 4 times, I have booked cab for Airport on 4AM, Cab driver says he get booking for 5AM! Dose not follow navigation, took longer path, charged extra money. Worst Service.

Now I understood why people are giving negative ratings. Cab arrival time was 10.40 PM. It's been more than 20 minutes the cab didn't come and as confirmed with driver, it will take 30 Minutes more. This was about cab experience. Coming to App now, It's has too much lag, suddenly it stops working. It's my first and last transaction with you. Had booked a cab for the international airport a week before with confirmation from the call centre and the driver.....then guess what at the 11th hour got a message that no cab services available......imagine my position with wife kids luggage n no transport.....when checked with the driver he replied that the call centre called and cancelled the booking.......seriously guys you need to first learn the meaning of customer service.......thank God for ola cabs even at two in the morning they were there

I travelled across India and I am wowed to see a world class cab services in my city. My ride was booked and at the time of ride the driver's mobile was switched off. No proper response from customer care. Gave completely new cab details in the last moment. Reached airport 2 hours late almost missed my flight. Tyre got punctured during ride no extra tyre with the driver. Inspite of that driver demanded cash to be given even after paying online. After so many calls to customer care still demanded extra 200rs. Worst customer care representatives ever. Wasted like 40rs to call customer care.
