Worst aap. After generating poicy no document received on emil.now i have only policy no.but no paper.

From 19th January 2016 I am not able renew the policies.

Should be taken off from the app store. Doesn't work at all.

Useless app, don't waste time

I successfully made payment through Visa Credit Card using this app. The app displayed a message that payment had been approved. Then, all of a sudden, an error message cropped up. I'm clueless on what to do next. Amount has been deducted, but policy document did not arrive on my email. The app has no way to check the previous transactions. That's just too strange. People use mobile apps to save time... And this app forces the users to spend even longer time on this task. How do I get the refund?

U cannt get policy document.helpline no is non responsive their executive dont attend the call. Website is unsecure shows. One of the worst company.

Being a big company till date there is no app for customer & agents also.

Wanted to renew a medical insurance policy but could not find the page

Whoever telling it's fraud, check properly. Once your payment is done 20 digits policy number will be generated, use this in the website Nicoline.co.in/custportal/ . Here in the website under the Miscellaneous tab there is a tab for duplicate policy schedule. There enter your details such as your email address provided during registration and newly generated policy number and press tab generate schedule. This will open a document which has your transaction details and your newly generated Vehicle policy

The worst thing that happened after an online renewal of policy.. After payment , not able to download PDF, neither SMS nor email is received, pathetic to continue with such worst app, worst experience...

Facility for renewal of medical insurance is not available. And it is very difficult to pay premium online. It is pathetic services by such a big organisation.

Paid to renew my two wheeler policy, but didn't get any SMS/Email or receipt or PDF. Show PDF results as PDF Opening Error. It has worst website ever, where you cannot go to renew page, it shows error. Then now, it has Toll Free Number, where no one receives the call, no social media or live support. Clueless and roaming with old policy docs in hand. I wish, I could it ZERO star.

I never seen this type waste app ... remove this app from play store ... waste of time ... don't download this app

Two wheeler renewal is not accepting. The app is asking 20 digit policy no. Whereas the policy has 18 digits only.

10% discount if u r switching from another service provider..and 5% discount if u r renewing their own policy..so better we go to other service provider who will offer us 10% discount as we will b switching

It is not working it is telling go to online portal and renew. Then for what purpose this app is given. It not maintained properly.

Sir I done all the proceedings and payment made through credit card but not got the policy.... and hadn't got any information on my mail .... I'm very upset.... my policy last date is tomorrow... plz tell me what I do..... hope it's not fraud app..

I tried to renew my vehicle policy but while filling the registration no only 9 words space are coming but registration no is 10 digits without filling the registration no I cnt go forward...this is the fault of this app..plss work on this...

There is just motor insurance facility in this app. What about mediclaim and other insurance policies? Please develop an app which has an input for status/progress of my insurance policy. It will prove really helpful to us. I really need to remain updated about my policy status.

I just done with the renewal but the documents this app promise which wud b send to my mail hasn't been arrived in my mail box. Plz help me out..

I renewed my two wheeler policy within second using this app...congratulation..

I applied for renewal of my auto insurance through app but didn't get the document in email. I tried generating it from website, but that is also giving error. Only consolation was that I can see the transaction record in their system. I thought they will send it through snail mail but that also didn't happen. Now when I check their online site has been replaced with another site and every where it's asking for user Id and password! Now my vehicle don't have insurance! Pathetic. No more insurance from NIC.

This is one of the WORST applications I have ever come across. I entered my policy nos. for my bike as well as Personal Accident (both renewed today) and entered all the required data, such as mail id, cell no. etc. At the end I am told that the Policy nos. are wrong. Useless. Will you (NIC and software developer do something about this). It is disgusting. If the option of NO STAR was available I would have given that for such a BOGUS APP.

The online portal simply didn't allow me to renew my insurance, even after repeatedly trying for two days. Then i tried once in this app and voila, insurance renewed.

Only vehicle insurance,wt abt other insurance renewals?
