Sundhedsordningen for ansatte

”Sundhedsordningen for ansatte” er et digitalt sundhedsprogram udbudt i Sønderborg Kommune.

Programmet indeholder et sundhedsredskab og en informationssamling af tilbud og muligheder i kommunen. Du kan bruge programmets kost- og motionsregistrering samt andre redskaber inden for sundhedsområdet, og ikke mindst de sociale aktiviteter og konkurrencer med og mod andre brugere. Programmet hjælper dig med at komme i bedre form, få mere overskud, tabe dig, holde fast i sunde vaner, stoppe med at ryge eller bare leve sundere.

Download appen og opret dig som bruger, så er du en del af kommunens motions- og sundhedsportal. Du får aktiveringskoden til programmet via din arbejdsplads i Sønderborg Kommune.

The program includes a health tool and an information collection of offers and opportunities in the municipality. You can use the program's diet and exercise registration and other tools for health, not to mention the social activities and competitions with and against other users. The program helps you to get in better shape, have more energy, lose weight, stick to healthy habits, quit smoking or just live healthier.

Download the app and create an account, then you're part of the municipality's exercise and health portal. You get the activation code to the program through your workplace in Sønderborg Municipality.
