My 2 year old son was born deaf and now has the Cochlear Implant. This app has helped plenty of times with malfunction help. I will recommend this for anybody with a hearing loss and has this particular Implant. It's extremely amazing and easy to use. I've been using it about a year now and will continue to use it as he get older. Keep up the good work team.
