App totally useless, how can such a big chain, release crap like this?

If you stopped the development of the app long time ago why don't you pull it from the store?

Since the 1p offer these guys DO NOT process orders. I've not recieved my order now been two weeks and they NEVER pick up calls!

Don't bother installing this hoping to get a 1p charger. They don't offer them anymore.

Very easy to use and worth trying even if its just for the £0.01 charger you may find yourself using it again.

Takes ages to load.

A few seconds to download, registration is as easy as most places. Card details are stored by the payment company, but that's the price you pay for the speed of use. Buying with this system is quick, easy, and does require a confidential.confirmation. I see no reason not to trust the security of the system. Recommended.

Install the app and try to buy the 1p charger but will not accept any card. I have shopped on CPW before so it pull down my card details which is correct. All I had to do is enter security code, but did not work. Try the same card and the same code on the main website and it worked first time. Only gave 2 star cause I like the UI. Tried 3 other cards and same problem.

Tried 2 credit cards, app told me I'd got my date of birth wrong on both of them (which I had not). App told me to contact "us" for help but Carphone Warehouse helpline were no help at all, and suggested the app didn't work because I had not bought my phone from them. Simplytap support (contact details in app) told me that the date of birth error is "generic" and means *something* is wrong in credit card details matching. Turned out it was either a missing "Mr" in my name or an automatic misformed address.

I noticed a credit search on my profile due to the first time registration via the mobile app. This is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. The T&Cs do not mention verifying one's identity using a CRA. Worst and the most deceiving app I gave ever used. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Not bad app, bit slow and often generating error messages. Additionally,would be great if you could use to buy accessories in store like you can with the Apple Store app!

I just get a blank screen when opening this app on my Samsung Galaxy Note. Waste of my time this app is...

Liking the 1p charger, especially since i desperately needed a new one.

I would say the app seems a bit pixelated on my nexus 7... Got a 1p phone charger out of it though :-)

Search does not work. Takes ages to load and crashes... Waste of time.

I tried three sets of credit card details with this app and none of them were accepted. Each time it says to check all my details but doesn't say which piece of information it has a problem with.

Easy site to navigate and a phone charger delivered for 1p what's not to like?

Only just installed and took advantage of the 1p mobile charger offer so as far as I'm concerned everything is going great. Will update my review once I've received the charger and can comment on the delivery side of the app.
