새봄농장

새봄 치유농장은 방문하신 분들이 농업이 가진 치유기능을 체험하고, 건강한 몸과 평화로운 마음을 되찾으실 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다. 치유농업(care farming)이란 신체적, 정신적, 사회적인 건강의 회복을 위해 농업과 농촌경관을 활용하는 모든 활동을 말합니다.

치유농업은 아직 우리나라에선 잘 알려져 있지 않지만, 유럽에는 이미 수천 곳의 치유농장이 만들어져 학습장애 청소년, 장애인, 치매노인 등 다양한 사람들을 대상으로 농업이 가진 치유효과를 증명하고 있습니다. 새봄농장의 농장주 부부는 사회복지사, 원예치료사, 장애인 활동보조인, 요양보호사, 농촌체험 지도사 등의 자격을 갖추고 있으며, 보다 더 전문적인 치유농장으로 자리매김하기 위해 계속 노력하고 있습니다.

Healing Agriculture (care farming) refers to all the activities that take advantage of agriculture and rural landscapes to the physical, mental and social health of the recovery.
