코엑스몰 원격감시시스템

CRMS (COEX Mall Remote Monitoring System)는 정보통신기술을 응용하여 매장내의 에너지 사용 현황과 온/습도 환경관리를 도와주고, 매장관리를 지원하기 위한 시스템입니다. (매장 점주 및 코엑스 운영자 전용 앱입니다.)

CRMS의 대부분의 기능은 중앙관제센터에서 원격으로 관리해주며, 매장에서는 스마트스위치를 이용하여 개/폐점, 비상신호 발신을 하고, 이 모바일앱을 이용하여 매장 현황을 조회할 수 있습니다.

이 모바일 앱을 이용하여, 매장의 일자별 개/폐점 시간과 매장에서 사용한 에너지 현황 및 공지사항과 행사정보 등을 확인할 수 있습니다.

매장 선택으로 설치한 카메라의 영상을 이 앱으로 확인할 수 있습니다.

에너지 관리
- 매장 내 에너지 사용량 / 이력 조회
- 폐점 후 에너지 이상 사용 알람 발생

환경관리
- 매장 온도 / 습도 / CO2 이상 경보 확인 (경보 발생 사항은 중앙관제센터에서도 모니터링하여 신속히 조치하도록 되어 있습니다.)

안전관리
- 패닉버튼 / 긴급호출 전송

매장관리
- 매장 Open / Close 관리
- 공지사항 / 주차 현황 / 행사정보 조회
- 경보 이력 조회
- CCTV 영상 조회 (매장주 선택사항) CRMS (COEX Mall Remote Monitoring System) is the application of information and communication technologies to help energy usage and temperature / humidity environment management in the store, and the store management system to support. (The only app store storekeeper and COEX operators.)

Gives most of the functionality of the CRMS is managed remotely from a central control center, the shop dog using a smart switch / closing, an emergency signal transmission, and you can view the status using the mobile app store.

With this mobile app, one of the store by date / closing time and energy and you can check the status and event notices and information used in the store.

The image of the camera installed in the shop can be found by selecting the app.
