JIRA Connect Pro is a fast app to connect to any Atlassian Jira instance (version 5.0 or above) including Jira Cloud. It uses JIRA’s RESTful API, which is enabled by default and no configuration changes are generally necessary. The following features are supported:
- Create issues and issue links
- Edit, assign, and delete issues
- Ability to enter, edit, and delete your comments
- Transition issue through workflow directly from issue screen
- Supports multiple Jira login profiles

Was working fine, then a capcha was introduced. That wouldn't be so bad, but it won't accept the answer that you give it, even if you have it correct. Too bad I had to pay for it only to lose the ability to use it.....

It stopped working when our jira using email address to login. Jira cloud got migrated to new authentication process that you no longer using your username but using your email address now. Then this app stopped working, can't even login using username with unauthorized message. And this app not allowed to login using email address. Please fix. We paid for this app.

Every time I try to edit a case, I get an error "operation value must be a string" and mentions have never worked (and are broken in a very frustrating way). After using the ios version for over a year, I bought this on my new Android device. After a few months of frustrating experiences, I'm going back to the JIRA mobile website.

Though this is a paid version which I installed on OnePlus One Android Device its not worth it. 1. Create Story: When creating a story, displays error message, "Something went wrong" 2. Recently Updated: When it takes time to load, it shows up the error message as 'Unable to retrieve issues'. 3. Filters: Filtering for report for few issues is OK. However searching for filters having many issues list showing 'Unable to retrieve issues' 4. Search: When it takes time to load for a particular search, it shows up the error message as 'Unable to retrieve issues'. The feedback was shared 10 days back but no response from the team.. Appreciate if anyone can look into the issues and provide the fix ASAP!

Crashed on most screens. Cannot search for ticket by ID. Saved filter search doesn't work. Wasted money buying it.:-(

This app works well with Jira 6. It allows for easy work flow manipulation, ticket creation, change times and details with no problems in the edit screen. The filters seem to all work accurately. Two things I would say needs changed is I have not been able to find a way to create sub-tasks/sub-tickets under a parent ticket. It gives the options for them in the ticket creation section but no way to assign to a parent ticket so no way to create them. Also I don't like having to go to edit to change details.

When trying to view the Agile boards the app crashes. Very disappointed since this was the primary reason to pay for this app. Hiding closed or resolved issues doesn't work either. Looking at issues doesn't show issues from all projects. Basically, this is a truly poor app. DO NOT BUY THIS!
