Il Progetto

I Centri diocesani dell'età evolutiva (Centro Pastorale Ragazzi, Centro di Pastorale Adolescenti-Giovani) da parecchi anni svolgono il loro servizio alla Chiesa Veronese per promuovere una pastorale organica e unitaria, favorendo un cammino educativo progressivo e comprendente tutto l'arco dell'età evolutiva.
Non si presentano alla comunità come una qualsiasi agenzia educativa, ma sono quasi la "concretizzazione" della Diocesi per quell'età. Per incarico del vescovo, assieme all'ufficio catechistico, presentano alla comunità degli itinerari catechistici che sono la mediazione per la nostra diocesi dei catechismi CEI. Questi itinerari oltre che essere una autorevole esemplificazione avvallata dal Vescovo, favoriscono la comunione pastorale tra le parrocchie perché, attorno ad essi, i Centri animano una serie di proposte organicamente collegate perché siano il punto di riferimento per una pastorale diocesana dell'età evolutiva.

Gli itinerari diocesani e la proposta pastorale ad essa connessa, non intendono essere:

né esaustivi: per cui non sia possibile arricchirli, variarli, completarli con altre proposte, sensibilità, sottolineature proprie dei vari gruppi, movimenti, associazioni

né esclusivi: nel senso che escludano la partecipazione ad altri momenti e proposte o il riferimento ad altri itinerari ed esperienze già presenti in Diocesi e nella Chiesa purché rispettosi dei catechismi CEI e degli orientamenti del Vescovo.

La proposta diocesana animata dai Centri fa riferimento ad un percorso educativo comune che parte da una lettura condivisa della realtà e si concretizza in obiettivi progressivi.

ObiettivI:

Fare la proposta di Fede "inculturata" nella realtà dell'età evolutiva di oggi. Proporre il vangelo attenti al linguaggio odierno, facendolo cogliere come qualcosa di buono per il ragazzo/adolescente/giovane, l'opportunità, la ricchezza che la Chiesa offre per vivere felicemente la propria umanità. Il fatto che l'obiettivo dei Centri sia una esplicita proposta di Gesù Cristo, non impedisce di partire da dove il giovane si trova, e quindi di prendersi cura anche di situazioni di pre-evangelizzazione con particolare attenzione a situazioni di povertà umana e spirituale (vedi pastorale di strada o ragazzi del muretto)

RAGAZZI: Obiettivo iniziatico
Aiutare le parrocchie e i vicariati nella proposta di iniziazione cristiana: far acquisire al ragazzo gli elementi fondamentali per una seria relazione con Gesù Cristo nella Chiesa.

ADOLESCENTI: Obiettivo Mistagogico (riprendere e risignificare la fede nelle nuove situazioni di vita)
Aiutare le parrocchie e i vicariati a far "rivisitare" agli adolescenti la proposta di fede acquisita in passato, facendola cogliere come vitale e positiva, vista dentro alcune tematiche forti proprie dell'età. Si vuole far cogliere la proposta cristiana come una risorsa, una possibilità in più per la vita di un adolescente.

GIOVANI: Obiettivo Vocazionale
Aiutare le parrocchie e i vicariati nell'accompagnamento del giovane nel suo determinarsi come cristiano nella vita e nella società.

I Centri diocesani dell'età evolutiva sono collegati da una progettualità consequenziale, ma di fatto, oggi, non si può più dare per scontato quanto proposto nel gradino precedente. Oggi nel cammino di crescita si richiede di porre maggiore attenzione ai PROCESSI di apprendimento e non solo agli STADI EVOLUTIVI: per questo il processo formativo richiede sempre di collegarsi vitalmente con il cammino precedente senza ritenerlo una fase chiusa e sorpassata.

The project

The diocesan centers developmental (Boys Pastoral Center, Pastoral Teens-Youth Centre) for several years carry out their service to the Church Veronese to promote an organic pastoral and unified, favoring a progressive journey of education and including learning of ' childhood.
They do not present themselves to the community as any educational agency, but are almost the "concretization" of the Diocese for that age. On behalf of the bishop, along catechetical office, submit to the community of catechetical itineraries that are mediation for our diocese of catechisms CEI. These routes as well as being an authoritative examples endorsed by the Bishop favor the pastoral communion between the parishes because, around them, the Centers animate a series of proposals that are organically connected the reference point for a diocesan pastoral developmental.

The diocesan pastoral plan routes and connected to it, are not intended to be:

or exhaustive: for it is not possible to enrich them, change them, supplement them with other proposals, sensitivity, underlining its various groups, movements, associations

nor exclusive in the sense that exclude participation in other moments and proposals or the reference to other routes and experiences already present in the diocese and the Church as long as respectful of catechisms and the CEI of the Bishop guidelines.

The animated diocesan proposal by the Centers refers to a common educational path that begins with a shared reading of reality and takes the form of progressive lenses.

Aims:

Making the proposal of Faith "inculturated" in developmental realities of today. Bring the gospel conscious language of today, making him grasp how something good for the kid / teenager / young, the opportunity, the wealth that the Church offers to live happily his own humanity. The fact that the objective of the Centers is an explicit proposal of Jesus Christ, does not prevent you from where the young man is, and then to take care of even pre-evangelization situations, with particular attention to the human and spiritual poverty ( see pastoral street boys or the wall)

BOYS: Objective initiatory
Help parishes and vicariates in the proposal of Christian initiation: to acquire the basic elements of the boy for a serious relationship with Jesus Christ in the Church.

TEENAGERS: Objective mystagogic (resume and give new meaning to the faith in the new life situations)
Help parishes and vicariates to do "revisit" to adolescents the proposal of faith of past experience, making her grasp as a vital and positive, in view of some strong themes own age. You want to grasp the Christian message as a resource, one more chance for the life of a teenager.

YOUNG: Objective Vocations
Help parishes and vicariates in the accompaniment of the young in his determined as a Christian in life and in society.

Diocesan developmental centers are connected by a consequential projects, but in fact, today, we can no longer take for granted as proposed in the previous step. Today in the process of growth is required to pay more attention to learning PROCESSES and not only to DEVELOPMENTAL STAGES: why the educational process always requires vitally connected with the previous path without consider it a closed stage and surpassed.
