File Commander - File Manager/Explorer

In 2014, I have put 3 stars for this app because it was really one of the worst file managers compared to other similar apps on playstore at that time. But now after the latest update, I was really obliged to change my latest review and to put 5 stars because it really deserves it. I would like to say thank you so much and keep up the good work !!

Given the new update FC has become fantabulous file manager ever present in the playstore. PC transfer worked well with the phone with no SD card but failed otherwise. Using latest version besides both are lollipop version. Issues with offline content download from the cloud storage. Thanks!

I so far am enjoying this app. I believe I went ahead purchased the pro version because, after reading the comments, I was drawn-in as this to be the best online, mobile, on-the-go and I am head of so many facets I need a great app to find, save, restore and use across all and for my work, ministry, court duties as well. Thank you for making this a strong possibility for others and I would recommend taking a look at it and making that judgement call for yourself. I am still trying to use and learn the program; but, check and see if it's a right for for you. 4/5 stars. I don't usually give 5 stars unless the app knocks me off my feet and that's usually after 4 star's. I have an IT/HTML (which I'm sure is out dated) degree background and, I know, if man placed his hands on it, it's not fail proof. God bless you and yours! ????

Having paid for this app I find the following unacceptable; no I don't want to sign in stop wasting time and screen space; no I don't want to give you a five star rating stop nagging; stop advertising your other products, aarrgh. I also don' like the lack of wrap around or scrolling for long file names. So this is a mediocre product eclipsed by many others.

Terrible App. Bought premium version. Have receipt to show - still has adds. Won't move files. Terrible App. Want my money back. Oh, and I got an add on the premium version that I can buy the premium version for half price. What a joke!!

Hello.. Unfortunately I deleted Data folded from Internal storage... And now I can't make new Folder in imternal or external storage.. And cant Paste any file im it please help.. Im Youtuber and I have lot.of Important file in it.. So I can't format.. Please help

I like this app and it price are reasonable just LAN discovery very slow compare to fing,xplore. Fing,xplore can complete search for 10-15 device on same router under 15sec but file commander take 5-15minit to complete the search.that is the only downside i know.thanks

I used to use another well known file manager but it got intrusive. Now I have found File Commander which is even better and does not pester me. Thank you for an excellent application.

Last update brought more ads. This badly annoying me. There are lots of other apps available. Uninsulated!

Actually i really liked this app, the only turn down is the PC File Transfer Feature which is stores the files on the Internal when it fails to complete the transfer. I wish Dev can make the PC File Transfer like the one on Sxxid File Manager. Until this feature improved, i'm giving you 4 stars.

The ads are super distracting and over the top, often getting in the way of what I'm trying to do. Finding and opening a file shouldn't result in seeing 4 different ads. A useful program that send to work ok, but ads are way too intrusive

It found a load of old junk which I could delete even though other apps wouldn't let me do this. Well done!

Latest upgrade wasn't tested. It doesn't do anything but crash. I regret paying for it.

Moving files in network shares doesn't work: instead it copies them and then removes them which takes long time. Also it doesn't do picture slideshows.

I'd DISABLED it soon after I got Xperia Z5C in mid 2016 cos I cant access files on USB drive inserted into my router. I might give it a try again. Problem opening JPG files from OTG-USB in Dec2017

What an absolute pile of cack! Can no longer copy and paste files and it keeps restoring files that I have deleted!

File Commander - an app that boosts moral always has a practical sense of accomplishment without any prior learning! It just works when it's needed and that a virtue I welcome to have at my convenience. Thank you.

It's pretty handy to use, clean and clear display and guide to required file.(PREMIUM) although it cost for 10 bucks during discount, it worth it. On the other hand the non-premium version might have bit frustrating ads only if you wouldn't mind. But everything work the same with lack of recycle bin and some lil, normal unnecessary function, still it's good and convinient to have them around.# getapremium

Probably d simplest n yet d most effective file manager.. Aftr trying so mny apps i can now say dat dis is d best file manager on android.. Hence its evn offerd as d default file manager on sony..

The app is crashing everytime i open it. Worst update. Uninstalling it. Had to suffer a lot.

Annoying adds, sometimes crashes, weird typing issues when creating/renaming folders, sometimes crashes while copying large number of files... Comes bundled on Sony devices but still show ads, CRAPWARE. no thx

It is intuitive. My Bluetooth file transfer failed and the Wi-Fi file transfer suggesting came right on time.

Please make all things like recycle bin ♻ for free

Not good enough for me to pay for, no easier to navigate between folders than my stock app. When I copy or move files, they should have the original time and date. That's the only way to manage large numbers of files.

This app is great but it lacks the ability to extraxt RAR and ZIP files and some way force the user to use polar suite to open docs files insted of make him free to choose his favorite app

I've always transferred files via the WiFi pc manager. Last night it kept 'error transferring files' but literally ate all my internal memory about 3GB and there's nothing to indicate how or where. I can't take screenshots because it already happened and I'm not messing up my memory again!

Over all simple, and works very well, regardless of which application is used. Very handy in moving file between different storage area on the phone and the cloud. A pleasant surprise is the ability to view and extract zipped files. Very well done!

I have paid for this app and there are still ads. Not only that, even basic cut paste functions are not smooth.

I can't find secure folder no more. I use to had that on my Samsung Note 4. The app is not simple as before.

Ripoff. Does not convert any files. Just get an error msg that conversion failed. This includes txt files, image files, spreadsheet files, or any file types. Wasted money buying this.

I love this app. Very elegant and simple. Though i really appreciate if the sync concept is implemented which is if i just update a file in a folder which is sync with gdrive, the same file should be updated in gdrive too. Hope I'm not asking too much.

New version is shot on. Don't know why everyone keeps giving bad feedback because it does what it's meant to plus more..I bought the pro version because it's not like I won't use it..ok so Sony outsources to this company but that tells you allot don't it..? Well it does to me..it says "we couldn't put together something as good as this company so if you want to use it then do.. if you want to buy pro...then do" I think it's as good as it gets..also love the secure/hidden mode and that you sign in via Google etc well done to this team ????

This program works well for me. I can find files without having to hunt them down. The program sorts the files into easily identifiable categories. I have not yet learned how delete files after moving them to another location, so I do not know how well the program handles this task. Overall, it is good stuff.
