Only 2 fax apps have worked for me at all and this is one. But the price is too high. It'd be cheaper to buy a fax machine for $40. They should offer free credit in exchange for watching ads like so many other apps do

All other apps crash when trying to send a PDF over fax or they expect you to pay for your first fax as a leap of faith. This app gives you one free fax and it doesn't seem to have any problem carrying out its task. Edit: It works! The doctor's office confirmed!
