The Karvonen Formula is a mathematical formula that helps you determine your target heart rate (HR) training zone. The formula uses maximum and resting heart rate with the desired training intensity to get a target heart rate.
Target Heart Rate = ((max HR − resting HR) × %Intensity) + resting HR

Actually works! Best HR app out off all of em and trust me ive tried them all. I checked my HR With a $100 BP Machine and the app read the same exact results.

It its precise in that it makes u hold ur finger on lens first gets it reading then make you take you finger off a little bit hover over lens basically then reads again to be most accurate thia is the only app i found that does it in those w ways tip thow clean lens and laser good wit microfiber cloth only and take ur reading in a very well lite room
