I can sometimes kind of guess what it's supposed to say, but it looks like it was thrown into Google translate for the English version. Could use the eyes of someone who knows both languages (Korean? and English.) Has some country specific health services information. Like the attachment parenting bit.

It may not be the best app ive ever seen but learning a language is hard and I think if people thought about it they could understand it better to the person who said that people had to be paid to do more then one star I say this make a better one yourself ..... good job to the app creator AT least you tried here is 5 stars for your effort
