Stock Inventory Ending is not in sync with In Stock Adjustment/Transfer Ending. Compounded system ERRORS are NOT being fixed or addressed immediately with the proper solution by the support/customer service/developer team. NOT suitable for retail businesses who require a reliable stock keeping system.

Sampah nih aplikasi...katanya pake tablet bs berubah tampilannya jadi ada fungsi save bill, ternyata same aje sama pake smartphone..duh mana udah terlanjur beli tablet huawei lagi...

Untuk pengiriman laporan payment by email mohon diberikan tambahan keterangan nama customernya juga, karena kalau berdasar nomor invoice susah di sort.

Sudah lama langganan aplikasi ini. Dulu harus download aplikasi dari 3rd party website, karena kalau download langsung dari Google Play dibilang device tidak support -- walaupun fitur open bills tidak dapat digunakan (tidak bisa diprint). Semenjak update 5.1, aplikasi dapat di download / update langsung dari Google Play dan semua fitur yang sebelumnya tidak dapat digunakan sudah berfungsi semua. Semoga fiturnya makin lengkap. Good job :) PS: Support nya OK pisan

this app need more improvement such as, first, app can't track sales with recievable payment (app only fit with cash n carry business model), second, app insist to fill email address of new customer (as they don't have option to turn this off, thus the customer data just can't be saved), and third, app doesn't have customer menu page.

Super bad app, udah kadung beli alat aja jadi trpaksa pake. Sering ngadat, respon support bisa sejam kemudian, ga rekomen

Management kurang proffesional, keluhan tidak ditanggapi, kdg suka error, tdk bisa update inventori, kadang ga bs masukkin stok awal, utk transaksi invoice, tdk bisa kirim receipt by email scara otomatis (tdk konsisten dgn transaksi cash), dan madi byk lagibyg fa bs disebutkan satu persatu....kecewaaaa

It would be perfect if your apps can handled a Split payment or multiple payment. 50% cash plus 50% card.

Mengecewakan.. Apa yg di janjiin marketing sama real fasilitas di software nya jauh beda..

Great Apps to manage business

Using moka pos at the moment & I think just Ok, need so many improvement such as, cannot save customer without email this so annoying as many of my customer don't use email. Customer name doesn't print on the transaction receipt so we need to write down manually. Improve your product and you'll be awesome. u also need to improve your customer service/support, they need to get soft skill training as they are impatient and rude, sadly maybe I need to be a big company to get their respect. Just read other ppl review and apparently I'm not the only one who think that way

Tidak bisa lihat stok inventori di handphone Android, tidak bisa update stok juga... Selain itu utk pengguna iPhone tolong dibuat juga appnya... Jgn cuma iPad.. Investasi appnya si ngga mahal, tapi utk devicenya milih2... Dibikin sama dong semua fiturnya... Masa kalah sama quickbooks.. Harga sama quickbooks juga sama...

Yes your application are good but please teach your employee / sales how to approach and speak with client / customer. Even he / she not willing to use your app. Manner please.

Have to add lots of driver for Chinese products Bluetooth printer... and lots of businesses personalization so we can use it perfectly to our business

Tidak bisa lihat stok inventori, tidak bisa update stok.. Tapi app yg di iPad bisa lihat inventori... Kita bisnis kecil kalo semua harus investment di ipad terlalu mahal... Tahun depan saya ganti app quickbooks kalau appnya masih seperti ini...

Ini cara memasukan item brng gimana ya min?kok ga ada pilihannya ya?

Ketika sudah login aplikasi Moka POS error dengan pesan warning "Unfortunately, Moka has stopped"

Easy to use, buat jualan jd gampang, ditambah ada pembukuannya juga. Ga perlu hire tenaga admin lg deh

Looks simple but has lots of features

Sudah verifikasi email, tapi tidak bisa login di smartphone, loading terus. HP di restart baru bisa login. Dicona logout, login lg tidak bisa lagi. Coba maintain inventory di web, ga jelas, ga bisa input stock

Saya sdh install, tp harus verify email, sedangkan email yg masuk cuma welcome moka aja, lah verify nya dmn? Jd ga bisa dipake

Tarifnya semoga bisa diturunin dikit, seharga olsera atau tokoku hehehhe. Tp kelebihan mokapos lebih simpel
