تطبيق يوسف الصديق عليه السلام تدور أحداث هذه الدراما الإيرانية يوسف الصديق أو بمعنى یوسف پیامبر باللغة الفارسية حول إطار من الدراما التاريخية والدينية حيث يشرح قصة حياة النبي يوسف بن يعقوب بن إسحاق بن إبراهيم الخليل (عليهم صلوات الله وسلامه). وذلك منذ ولادته ومروراً بفراقه بأبيه وحتى لقائه به بعد طول الغياب، لقد أخذ المسلسل في تصويره وإنتاجه ما يقارب ثلاثة سنواتمنذ العام 2005 وحتى العام 2008.
المسلسل يحكي بالتفصيل قصة نبي الله يوسف بكل جوانب حياته، والتي قد وردت قصته في القرآن الكريم في سورة يوسف؛ ووردت قصته في السنة النبوية أن يوسف أوتي شطر الحسنوالجمال.

و قد كان عدد الكادر القائم على كتابة السيناريو 20 شخصا من الذين إستعانوا بـالقرآن الكريم وكتب التفسير والتاريخ والحديث وكذلك بعض الكتب للمذهب السني.
