Can't even login. I know my pass and name are correct because its works on the website.
Does record mileage and seems to be okay. But refuses to respect audio settings. Seems to play a sound when the app starts or stops recording, regardless of my phone being on mute or vibrate. Can't find any option to disable the sound. Really annoying.
Motus continuously misses milage in their benefit. It takes off 1.5 to 2 miles for every 60 that you drive. When I contacted then regrading this issue they said "that's why you can request additional milage". What a scam. That's what a milage recording app is for, to correctly track your milage. They make money off the company I work for and rip me off. If your are forced to download this, keep track of your milage. Horrible app and horrible company service.
Drove 300 miles and it missed over 100 miles of logging. You have issues to resolve.
When I try to add miles, the app crashes.
Battery hog. Here it is a Sunday I'm off from work and haven't opened motus. My phone is about to die because Motus for some reason or another has decided it needs to eat my battery when I haven't even opened the app today.
First of all, battery hog. Secondly, it just stops recording and then starts recording and stops and starts, then adds miles, then adds full trip miles, so it doubles up your mileage. I have 30 mins for it to detect a stop, yet it stops if I just stop for a couple minutes. Garbage app.
Just awful. Cannot add locations since it claims the location exist and I cannot choose it. I opened three tickets by now and was suggested to uninstall and reinstall. Well did that multiple times with no change ever had my phone factory reset and still no change.
I began using this app in 2016 and really had no problems with it. Now I'm having some of the same issues as other people here have mentioned. 30 min stop time setting but for whatever reason it keeps reporting stops that I'm not making. Tech assistance told me it's because it's recording 'dead zones' where I lose GPS signal so it records as a stop but then starts again when GPS signal is received. I never had these problems with 'dead zones' before. I am 9 days into Aug and I already have 10 'dead zone" recorded stops I need to go in and delete. This has been an almost daily occurrence causing daily editing for the last few months. Not satisfied with this current version at all!
If you value your employees productivity, look for another solution. I lose roughly 30 minutes per day making corrections to the route in this app on the web page (because the app is horrible). That translates to me losing 80-160 hours per year where I could have been doing things that were far more productive.

Every time I try to log in, it says "500 internal server error" please fix asap!
Takes too long to load my log. Info won't even show up sometimes.
I can't win with this app, if I enter calls manually it takes 2-3 minutes for it to stop loading and enter the information. I used the auto settings and for a while it was fine, then one day it logged 1100 miles. Yesterday it logged 12000 and told me I made 342 stops. Nothing is ever easy!
Just randomly pops up when I'm not signed in to it. Like the last version 10 times better. I will log in when i need the app, i don't need to be constantly interupted by the app. Any way i can get the old version?
Used to duplicate way points (ie home to work then back home and back to work) now is hardly recording anything. Drove 60 miles today and app has recorded 0 despite saying 'currently recording' the whole time.
