2.Track New Connection Request : Status of New Connection application can be tracked using unique Application Id.

3.Submit Reading : Submit own meter reading along with meter photo to avoid average billing, after receipt of SMS from Mahavitaran. Mahavitaran will send SMS, if meter reading is not made available by meter reader

4.Feedback: Submit ratings of Mahavitaran services in the scale of 1 to 5, where 5 means Outstanding and 1 means poor service

Please add a provision where user can opt for saving debit card / bank account details and bill amount (up to user specified max limit) is debited automatically every month.

no explanation about why so many permission are required. Goes in indefinite loop if permission not granted. i had to restart my phone. also could not register username

Its a RUBBISH app, absolute waste of time. I stopped using the App 3months back. But reinstalled it again, thinking that the app might have now started working fine, but UNFORTUNATELY its the same. I have uninstall it, and not gonna use it EVER AGAIN. It always shows Server problem else will show , you have no internet connection/WiFi connection.

I wanna say their customers service is so bad they don't care about customers lots of complaints has been submitted but no one take it seriously and their customers care support are not even professional they laugh when i complaint about electricity gone. I feel like hell using their electricity

Useful app but it takes a lot of time to open even I couldn't sign up my connection login I'd & password through this app. Month is not valid which has been selected from calendar given by them.

Useless app. Why this app need location, storage , video rec permission ? Please update app to make it more consumer friendly. Is this is what government calls Digital india?

App is useful for paying bill only, for complaint it is not working as no one is responding after making online complaint, online complaints are not resolved, one have to visit Mseb sub division office several times for getting complaints resolved. Only this is the major reason for not making digital India mission unsuccessful, thefts are being treated and valid bill payers are cheated.

Absolutely disgusting app same like their customer service.. How many attempts we do to trust govt services... But no.. you people are absolute careless and don't give a damn about customer service.... App can't open... What kind of server you people are using... Seriously.... Just close this service if you can't manage it and stop promoting it...

Nice facilities given by MSEDCL. But there are many bugs in app. Like history tab gives add and remove connection page , etc.. Pls check app thoroughly before releasing new version

Error prone app. When trying to pay bill or view billing history always an error occurs. Only sometimes if lucky i can pay bill on app but most of the times when i try to pay bill on app an error occurs . Pathetic app that appears to be developed by interning college students rather than professionals

Why do you need permissions related to storage, camera, calls , sms and others ? I just came here to see my bills. When you ask so many permissions, it make me suspicious about data security.

No cognisance is taken of complaints raised through this app. After period of 2-3 months, message is delivered stating complaint has been resolved.

Very Bad service from meter reader, they can't do time to time reading. However option have to submit your meter reading when meter reader not able to come. But still this option not available for me. Regarding this issue I have get high bill, because of meter reader take reading after 30 days. I have already complained to office but still issue not resolved.

After bill paid online , it shows error in receiving receipt n shows bill unpaid . Plz fix it . N also in billing previous unit , current unit , various charges also should be mentioned . It only shows monthly unit n amount

Some inexperienced developer screwd up the working app. As soon as you open payment history, app is getting crashed. Seems like UAT was not done after bug fixes.

Totally Bakwaas app. MSEDCL sends SMS 1 day prior to last date of submission of meter reading stating that submit reading by tomorrow. When I started Mahavitaran app for submission of meter reading, the app is not starting ? I again & again tried by restarting phone, by updating app on playstore ; but still it's not starting till last date. What is this yaar? You are giving only 1 day time for submission of meter reading and even in that duration your app itself is not working ?? What can I do ? I want Answer from MSEDCL ? Is this your service to Customers who are paying bills up to date ?

अँप वर तक्रार केल्यावर वेळेवर दखल घेतल्या जात नाही। संपर्क क्रमांक दिलेली व्यक्ती चुकीची आहे। तक्रार सतत होणाऱ्या खंडित वीज पुरवठ्याची असताना आपली light चालू आहे का एवढे विचारून तक्रार निकाली काढतात। यात सुधारणा अपेक्षित आहे

This App only provide bill information. Payment option doesn't work. I was trying to pay my bill from HDFC NetBank but it wasn't going through. Waste to use this App. Needs more to be done on this app before rolling such apps. Worst app

After installing this app. I am not able to register and when i continued as guest the app is not able to show the billing details. This worst experience with me while accessing this app. The app is not running properly, it always says server not able process this request.
