Kotak Stock Trader

Kora stock trader is consuming high memory after 2 hrs of use. I am forced to close and reopen otherwise all apps getting slow. 1. I have already shared this feedback to customer care multiple times but no response. Is this taken care? 2. Why am i forces to see double or quit and happy hrs add in dash board? Very worst app I have seen across the available trading apps in the market. Lots of improvement has to be done at every single option. Not at all user friendly. It gives an overview of how good this team interested in people money. Even the startups are offering much better user friendly and transparent features. Just don't prefer this. I should have given zero rating is available.

This need much improvement. First, it is not user friendly and second it is consuming very high memory and ram condition. If we open it for longer time, it also have some battery issue. I hope you will surely do something in this regard.

Such a poor app. I am not able to log-in in to my account. Every time I log in and terms & conditions page opens, it stuck there only. Nothing happens by clicking 'accept' on that page. Poor platform of app and every other day it's down due to technical issues.

One of the worst trading app Ive ever used. They cannot show some basic information with ease. It will take lots off efforts to understand your trading status. Really bad user interface. Not at all recommended for trading. I like kotaks other banking features but they will have to improve a lot in this app to make it user friendly.

In login stage, I am unable to enter the nick name in lowercase. It is getting automatically capitalised. Hence I am unable to login using the nick name. My nick name is lower case, hence this option cannot be used. Please resolve for 5 stars.

After the latest update we not get the passcode in few sec(which used to happen earlier). Hence could not login smoothly. Have to login kotak sec website for trading, which is difficult from mobile.

When you guys can't handle the upgrade why do you upgrade it. Let it be as it is. Too much of everything is not good. App is not working. Keat pro is not working. Can't you do your experiments in a beta version first and upgrade things when it's stable? Sending feedback from 3 days. Reporting error in both applications yet no response. High time we pivot our broker

Updated version is too slow and useless. It takes too much time to open also shows previous date data. Please fix it now. I am unable to trade.

Basically, Kotak won't encourage trading from ur end. That is why they don't update the app or sort out the issues pertaining to app.

Lots of lacuna. Doesn't give clients account details properly. Information about the various terms used are lacking. If we are to go to the website for certain details or information then why download this app in the first place?

After update unable to log into my account. Error displays user ID is not in our record. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

These people are trying be over smart and charging colossal amount of brokerage charges. I never recommend Kotak securities if anyone like to start investing in SM. My client ID F100. Appreciate you guys if you can check and resolve my issue. BR// Durga Prasad

Can someone help me to download morning insights and India daily (this are PDF files for share market stocks related information) PDF files from the Kotak stock trader app because this app after recent updation does not allow us to download PDF files from the Kotak Securities website via mobile. Or can you pls get some updates in this app to resolve this issues because I am really getting fed up with this problem.

Wrong Information is shown in Portfolio tracker and Not able to sell shares from Existing stocks. Unable to understand what is going on in this app...Very bad experience

Nice App.. Easy to use and no problems faced at all. What else do u want other than fund trf, Buy Sell and some charts to analyse. All working fine...Well Satisfied....Hood Job done.

Last update was failure. It does not reflect the prices and your reasearch page is tottaly fu**d up. It mix up the the pice of x to y and thats so frustrating.

Worst app ever...it won't let you login when you need it the most. You people need better servers

Easy to use.....Easy to TRADE ...Fastest trading app ever used...Latest version is amazing...If Kotak securities slash their brokerage & make it fixed in range of Rs.20-30/trade , then it'll boost the revenue of Kotak securities etc...Just like what happenex in Jio....It's an opportunity let's see who grabs it..

Application doesn't open if home button is pressed while splash screen is loading. And then if you open app from background it will stay on splash screen only. Please check. I have not received client code and but it was regarding improvisation of the app.

Irritating App. First of all, why the hell a loud tune is required when opening the App. Then, why do I have to key in User ID and password in addition to an access code? Most of the bank Apps, including Kotak Bank App require only a PIN to even transfer money.

This is app is not a user friendly as well as do not mutual fund and other functionality were not active, so you can not do transactions of mutual fund through this.

Every time log in is tidious. Should be infinite logout time for only Guest login.

Would have given 0 star if given an option. Showing closing price pf last day at 9.26am giving incorrect price for today's high.

Why you made compulsory to update app .. This new update doesnt allow to place orders olus the broadcast of rates / ticks arent stable ... RUINED a good app

In website as well as on app we should have margin calculater and profit and loss calculater like zerodha and others

Prices doesn't get updated. For some stocks, it shows prices of 7th July. Worst update ever....

Unable Agree Terms of Service on First time login. It seems Agree button is not working

Too many graphics and antimaterialistic approach. Try and campare with Angel swift or Kite by zerodha. They are very neat and eye catching apps.

I sell my 34 share 25 July 17. Sell share amount not show. In my amount. Buy it reduces I'm my total investment. My opinion is app content not updated property. It take time to sinks.

I get messages from Ur bank to purchase this stock and that stock.i think it researcher is so worst that he can't predict which will go in profit or which will go in loss.after the stock has raised to its peak level I get a message saying purchase it.if I listen to that fellow and invested I would surely be begging on roads now.not only the messages Ur advisors are also of same category.they recommend to invest in stock as if they know in and out of it and once it starts falling they ask investor only y it's falling. I am telling public Ur research is worst and advisors are still more worst.they only know to make loss not profit still the same
