UI is clunky and not very intuitive. Wsy to menu different menu jumps nust do simple things like transfer and view account balance

Just wish it had the functionality of the Web page. ie: add payees, show min amount due (when transferring money).

They messed it up. I dont know why they think its better.. its worse. Harder to navigate and access. Wish they would never had messed with it. Not happy with results.

Needs more... pie graphs of spending and so forth. No cool tools. Just basic and lame. Gets the job done I guess

It doesn't show credit inquries or able to put a deposits on account by picture. Other than that great credit union bank!

The app seems to work fine for me, but..... after being very familiar with the older app, I'm very disappointed with this new version. Login is much more tedious. I understand that the app has to be just as secure as the website, but it needs to be MORE convenient. Definitely missed the mark.

When I go to transfer something to a different account or I want to make a payment, there is no decimal on the screen for me to transfer cents. Please fix. Then 5☆s will be awarded.

I have to keep installing then uninstall to get it to work, other then that its good.

This app is way harder to work than the old one the update was horrible and nothing but an inconvenience to us every time we get on and need to bank.

Horrible upgrade. My s4 freaks out almost every time I open the app. This app needs help. Lots of help.

Password is a little different than online but finally figured it out.

I did get SEVERAL notifications about my change in un/pw. My issue is every time I switch tabs I have to login again. I should be able to login & browse, right?

Uninstalled old app and installed new one. Can't log in with previous user names and passwords, even though I was told they would still work...NOT!! No wonder the parking lot and drive through was packed today...everyone was taking their money out of the credit union before it disappeared too....EPIC FAIL!

Cannot even log in.... enter part of password and freezes on data or WiFi.... uninstalled twice and still can't log on. Hope main online isn't like this

New app is huge can't send some of it to the sd card had to delete other apps. Just to use this one. The interface is bulky and slow to act.

Why combine savings balance with shared secure visa balance?

After the update and change in the system the app and mobile site don't allow text entry on either, the old system and app worked great so of course it has to be changed and made non functional. Have to delete until update that actually works because all my online banking now has to be done on my computer

It's very simple to check my balance and quick.

Everybody was sent a email Tuesday wih the link to re register with a new password and a new username. They never said you could use your old one. The new app is wonderful.

I loaded the new app and everything worked great. I have personal and business accounts and both work very well.

I don't like how it doesn't remember my username, everything is complicated. Not easy to use, very unhappy with the update!

The app stops responding halfway through entering my password. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it twice. Junk.
