(1)村里長能夠使用平板電腦、智慧手機或一般個人電腦進行各項服務資訊的通報，使基層的意見能夠快速獲得處理。
(2)村里長通報之服務資訊內容包括：路平查報、路燈查報、地方災情查報等，亦可主動轉介村里民社會救助、福利申請、農業補助、高風險家庭等問題以及意見反映。
(3)村里長進行通報或申請時，可夾帶1個以上之附件，附件種類包括文件、圖像、影片及音訊等。
(4)如使用平板電腦、智慧手機進行通報時，應具備LBS功能，傳送所在地理座標，附件並可直接使用平板電腦、智慧手機之鏡頭拍照、攝影後加入多個附件。 (1) The village chief to use the Tablet PC, smart phone or PC were informed of the general services and information, so that the views of the grassroots can be processed quickly.
