This app has been pretty good so far but I wish it have an option to drop the pin for drop off location on a map. Also adding a driver rating and review would be helpful for the passenger to reward good drivers and take away bad ones.

Good app for cambodia , easy to use,you don't need to talk to much with the taxi driver, need to improve also. Missing tuktuk option, will be good to add tuktuk to prevent scams.

I was waiting 25 mins for the pickup. Then received an invoice for the trip which never happened. I called the driver: "sorry sir, cancel". He not even called me to inform just kept me waiting.

Convenient app to use, simple, and generally always works - there have been a couple of 4am occasions when there have been no taxis. Prices are competitive too, but I use it generally at night when tuk tuk rates are higher.

dont download this app. the distance is only 4km actually, but with this fcking app , it can be 25km. and i have to pay 15$

Dont use this taxi!! Usually i pay only 20000khr.. but today the price is become 60000khr.. same route and no traffic..

But needs improvement of addresses database. Sometimes the drop-off address isn't recognized

Works well. There is a share button on the email receipt. Why not add social media share buttons on the app receipt? Also although all the drivers so far have been great. A report a driver option would be welcomed. As there are many non English speaking drivers likely to start driving why not add khmer only spoken option. This would avoid any possible conflicts

Works pretty much like uber, you input pick up and destination and a taxi comes. The app determines the fare, keeping it fair. That's not to say it's perfect - sometimes the drivers still get confused, etc - but I'm giving it five stars because it's just so much better than a tuk tuk, cheaper and you get a nice car with a/c. Hope this app continues to get more popular (or uber just comes to town :p)

Needs to add feature to drop pin to locate drop-off point.

The basic features are already good but more things need to be improved such as the drop of location should be done though pinning on the maps just like pick up location rather than typing in the address in the search bar. User should be able to see drivers detail and rating first before choosing to get in.

It is so slow and don't SMS code on time. Should improve more!
