Order my driver for 9 pm, right when I finish work! He rang me 10 min before the set time and cancelled cause I wasnt there by 8.50 pm. You guys need to sort out the pick up time and stop ringing before it!

Completely useless app for travelers- I had an Indian mobile number while traveling to New Zealand, and it didn't send me the SMS for verification even after 20 attempts. Called their customer care, and they weren't any help either.
