iIn the older version one could change the package. Now I can about only change my particulars, it does not even show what package I am on, what my monthly fee is or anything useful. I believe i will know more by just visiting the website. Do not need an app for what this one can do. Time to uninstall and forget I had it

This app does not work!!! Used my same details to login and it saying it's incorrect, used the forgot password option, got the email and registered a new password, try to login and its saying its invalid, tried that 3 times with different passwords... and guess wot... IT NEVER WORK!!! YET WE PAY SO MUCH FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION!!! WAKE UP DSTV DEVELOPERS!!! Oh and u call the call centre and they say just uninstall it and it will work... guess what... DOES NOT WORK!!!

Not sure what people are bitching about because I just cancelled my subscription, and could do just about anything I needed to on the app. Minor glitch in the "Self service" section... didn't show anything but I just pulled down to refresh and it worked.

The app is not good for much... DSTV's transaction history and payment information isn't coherent and this app is only good for viewing your transaction history and payment information... It doesn't respond when I try to edit my personal information which was wrongly inputted by DSTV in the first place

Bin trying to get thru get my decoder activated but no luck keeps showing error activation! Activation of what?! Am uninstalling! Waste of space and my time!

Doesn't even allow me to register or login. Broken and useless... No wonder everyone is moving over to Netflix

The app promises to give access to your account, but I do not even get a login promt! Poor, no good and waste of space on my phone. Dstv need to check their software as always.

Self help is linking your smartcard and that is all you can do what a map app

Since the upgrade i cant log in to my account first it said my password was invalid and after resetting now it just freezes. I have restarted the phone three times but still no luck. Useless!!

Dstv is continuing robbing us they develop useless app we pay to watch repeatedly programs for about 3 years now dstv is playing same programs why because there is no competitors we complain but no one willing to answer

Whenever I try to check my balances the app is ALWAYS experiencing difficulties! It shows what devices I have and packages but that's about all its useful for!

They send otp, then they say i must provide my mobile number on a field they didnt even provide so my reg doesnt go thru,,, Why send and accept otp in the first place??? Useless....

It crashes all the time. Takes u to places u didn't want to go to. For some reasons I keep expecting more from you guys buy I'm always disappointed.

I wonder why pple are rating it bad. As for me its nice and simple. I can check my acc balance and clear errors especially E-16, which is what I ws looking for.

Any menu option remains on "loading" for ages until you give up and go to the website rather. I can't comment in the functionality since I can't get past the loading screen...

Multichoice u have outdone yourselves with such an app that doesn't let u go past registration ...sterling job on this utter rubbish. ...keep paying the developers they deserve free money

All I want to do is to switch my holiday home decoder off....it feels like as if I go around in circles and then meet a dead end. This app is way too slow

Wasted my data to download, jumps back to main screen all the time, does not know which screen it wants to be on, does not load the chosen screen, really wasted

This app is useless. Don't do anything. Uninstalled it reinstalled it. Still don't work. Waist of data.

I can't believe MULTI CHOICE would associate themselves with such a buggy app. What a waste of data downloading it.

Wondering if DSTV ever bothered reading opinion about their app. Read review and you will be surprised about comments of users. DSTV is so big and pompous they can't be bothered.

This app is not working. On login I get a server/application error. Seriously rubbish. Also after all this time Mozambique still has no online payment option. Bleh.

The pop up for paying only partially appears so I cannot use it. Have tried removing and reloading. Still no joy. Please fix this.

I accidentally opted for insurance an now changed my package, please include option: "are you sure jou want to... " before any changes are made. Now I cannot correct my package change immediately.

The older version made sense and was much more useful but this is useless someone needs to get fired

Doesn't work 98% of the time. Always returning "server application error". This is still happening after giving feedback twice to Dstv customer service

The is out of date by year and that is when one is able to log in!

I shouldn't have updated to this useless version. The older one was much more useful.
