AnySong Chord Recognition

I really love this app! any song you have at all it'll give you very close if not the exact chords to the song! definitely worth paying for. it only tells you the first 40 seconds of the song until you buy it so I used my audio cutting to cut a song into 40 second segments ;) little loop hole for ya! enjoy!

Tried multiple songs the app either crashes or does not recognise the format. Even with song formats that they claim work like mp3. Tried to search YouTube videos and none of the things I searched had any results. Even for videos that I had previously watched and typed the exact name of the video. TOTAL Waste of data and time. It DOES NOT WORK.

The app is good but i donot came here to give review about it.... The free version off this app only allows you to get the chords of first 40 seconds ... suppose your song duration is 2 minutes so cut the song into three parts first is from 0-40 seconds the next is from 40-1:20 and the last one is from 1:20-2:00. So thats how you can get chords of the full song.. i gave 5 stars not for the app i gave it for my tricky idea

This is a great concept, and it sounds like a dream come true! But I guess some dreams are to good to be true. Maybe with some improvements, this app will be fantastic! I cannot use any songs from anywhere even though I made sure they were supported files. I would definitely be willing to try this again if some improvements were made. Thank you for putting this idea out there, though!

Used to be my favorite and no longer working or getting response from support. Too bad, it was really good so something messed up as it no longer recognizes mp3 or WMA and most YouTube video. File error most of the time. Best to just try the freebie and save your money.

It use to work but no more. It's a shame because I used it a lot before I upgraded my phone. Now I tried about 50 songs in mp3 format and none worked. Total bummer

I would give it a 5 when it worked, nexus got an update now it no longer works with my library, it does work with utube but I'm not always connected. I received feedback that they are aware of the issue and are working on an update. When I see it I will change my rating. When you pay for something it better work. So all android users be aware.

Pro version is no longer available to download which I already paid for I actually tried to pay for it again to see if that would help me downloaded it No Go Pro version is no longer available even though its paid for this format does NOT work at all in a galaxy note 3

Most media formats are not recognized by this app. It is not even worth giving out for free. Does not recognize sus chords. The chord recognition has timing issues as it does not sync well with the original.

If so, i'll definitely to give that star instead of *1, no response from the developer as well while i sent email on feedback. You can change the app name to AnyHowSong Chord will be Unrecognized!!! As it doesn't work at all.

Purchased this app when I had my Samsung Note 1 and worked fine. Now I have my Samsung Note 3 it stopped working and says file format not supported when the file is an MP3 file. It also acts like the unpurchased version. But when I try to purchase it, it says already purchased. Very frustrated now. Please fix this.

Earlier I had download in my old phone that time it was working properly but now I have downloaded this app in my le 1s it is not,I know this pretty good app,kindly check and fix it developer.

There's a major problem it was fine before, but now it doesn't put up YouTube videos. So how are you suppose to learn new songs from the original audio if you can't play along using YouTube? To me that's an issue that needs to be taken care of, since it's an app that I've paid for.

Thought this would be the perfect app for me, great idea and exactly what I am looking for. Unfortunately the creators can't take time to offer help to me as it doesn't work on my phone and although I have reached out to them multiple times to voice my problem, I have had no response. Deleting and waiting for someone to create one that actually works

Awesome for new songs. With old ones, out of 5 songs, maybe 2 or 3 songs, get stuck and freeze. and I have to start over again. Some songs, it will stop showing the chords after about 1- 1and half minute, even though i have the updated version.other than that it is the best app I came across. And I went through few.

Its a load of crap! Does not let me pick any song from my list! Crashes constantly! Does NOTHING it says it does. If your feeling like letting something piss you off. Go ahead and download this waste of time and space! UNINSTALLING NOW!!!

Used to work fairly well. Now not at all. For Pete's sake at least put it out of its misery and stop wasting people's time!

After the updates to Kit Kat this app has stopped working. I have written to you guys at least 3 or more times but Got no Response. This is a very helpful app please give us the upfates

Worked great for a very short time after paying for upgrade.Now all I get is "Unsupported file format"I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Will not work with s-6 either

Tried this app with 4 different file formats - all of which are allegedly supported. The first two reported the format was "unsupported". The last two just locked up the application. 45 minutes later, not a single chord revealed. It's a nice idea - but the execution sucks.

I have had this app now for over a year. It worked fine on my S2 and S4.. now it won't open any file format. Fix it or give me my money back!!!

its a music app yet it doesnt support mp3 format songs?!!!! are u kidding me? it has an option to input songs from youtube but when i search for a song, it says no results found. Assholes. People like u should be incarcerated. Can i give -5 stars?

This app no longer works. Every time I try I get the unsupported file format message. Everyone please email the address on their website. Tell them to fix this app. I NEED IT TO WORK!!!!!

This doesn't work since ANY file you try to use is unsupported. What a waste. Too bad because the concept is great, poor execution.

How could google play let such useless and total fake apps to be uploaded here... Its nothing everytime you try to add a song it says could not recognize the format. App developers reply me about it.

. . . but poor execution. I gave it a song that is acoustic guitar only playing 3 chords slowly, and it failed to recognize any of them. I would love for this app to work, but I am left wondering what the dev's testing process was based on.

This app was very promising but apparently they have abandoned this app. Nothing works anymore. Very very disappointed! This app is ok but... It is pretty accurate as far as the chords Slow as crap Off beat unlike the video Definitely not worth 5.99

every attempt to load a song returns error "unsupported format" YouTube search returns "no results found" I would have given two Stars just for the idea but not even able to test this app

Since my device was updated to kitkat, Anysong does not recognize standard mp3 files. Please fix. ...This is a follow-up: has this app gone fallow and not supported anymore? Developers have not replied to this forum or from direct emails. Don't they care about their app not working?

Fix this program!!!!! I'm recommending everyone not to even think about purchasing it. So I hope you're happy making your millions while you bleed us dry. Every song I select force closes the app. I tried it despite the recent reviews. Don't make the same mistake.

I had gotten an update for my phone and now every time that I try to open a file it says something about the file not supported or something like that. I can not even go through youtube anymore. I would like this fixed or my money back. How ever it was a great app until this happened.

It says "Selected Youtube file cannot be opened". And it says "File is not supported" for .mp3s from my phone.... It used to work well, what's the problem now? Your servers are down?

I have more than 2000 songs on my phone. I literally tried hundreds of them, most being mp3s and other formats. NONE of them worked because the app keeps saying not supported format. Now that is just ridiculous

Was the Best guitar app ever!!! Until I bought a new phone samsung galaxy s5 and now all the songs say unsupported format. Do not buy until they fix his.

It doesn't work at all. Constantly shuts down, can't open files, doesn't work with YouTube. It literally doesn't do anything but crash
