• جانب المعلمين :
• تم افتتاح مدارس التربية المتميزة الأهلية وكان الجانب الأكبر والأكثر تركيزاُ هو جانب المعلمين المتميزين اللذين تم استقدام الغالب منهم من جمهورية مصر وجزء من دولة الأردن .
• وضعت لجنة التوظيف بمدارس التربية المتميزة الأهلية نظام برنامج لقياس المعايير التخصصية , والتربوية , والشخصية لكل معلم قبل الاستقدام .
• تم تكوين لجنة التوظيف بمدارس التربية المتميزة الأهلية :
2) أساتذة جامعات .
2) مشرفين تربويين.
3) معلمين متخصصين :
( تخصص اللغة الإنجليزية , تخصص الرياضيات , تخصص العلوم ).

• اهتمام وتركيز مدارس التربية المتميزة الأهلية لجانب المعلمين لكونهم المؤثر الأكبر على الطالب .
• تم وضع برنامج تحفيزي للطلاب والمعلمين ( يقاس تميز المعلم بتميز طلابه ) في نهاية العام الدراسي , من خلاله يكون هناك حافز كبير للمعلم .
