The App is non-responsive for Uganda Airtel customers and does not work at all. When you choose Uganda as county you just get a loading wheel perpetually. I have taken this issue up with Airtel Uganda in-Store customer service and they tell me the App does not function at all for Uganda Airtel customers. Still the same problem 12 months after I first tried it. Really a shame.

This app is the worst thing I have ever downloaded. It stops working for no reason sometimes, doesn't give me data balance, terrible interface amongst other issues. Please if you cant do a proper app, i suggest you just take it down.

Apps not really good at all, I suggest you learn from MTN and etisalat. At least one can successfully manage his account and even add more than two numbers at time

Great app! Well designed and very easy to use, everything simplified. Straightaway I get to know my data/voice balance. The other thing it loads faster even at lower speed internet. Love it! Big up guys!

I have the application installed on my Samsung S6 Edge+ but could not open it because I did not receive my OTP even after several Resent option and removing and reinstalling the app.

I define my precious self as the Android Device Manager on Google play Account using Airtell sim networks to make my online , E-business. E-marketing. Forex Trade. Social media, etc I hereby request Google play Android device Manager's services to strictly receive every beneficiary on my Airtel Money Account to access. Your charges for everything is twice of other networks. I ported my number 2 yrs ago but I'm thinking of going back to my previous network. Please work on your charges especially mobile money charges

Some Services like, Mypakalast, Night pack are not available in this app. Before i used this app, i bought data through USSD after that i had nothing to buy with this app. Since it's airtel app, make it with free access to the internet.

This is a nice app BUT the security aspect is/was kind of overlooked. The OTP feature is flawed in the sense that it can be sent to any number specified by the user. I suggest that it MUST be restricted to the device or phone number that the app is installed in. People in Malawi are using this flaw to get 'unauthorised' access into other peoples accounts and get away with it.
