MX Tides

Downloaded this app to check on future and past tides. Does a good job finding nearby NOAA stations, but the time selector does not work. When I enter my preferred date or time, it changes to a random, different date and time.

I like the listing of ten reporting stations but regret it fails to show Canadian waters.

I just downloaded MX and so far it looks like one of the better tide apps I've found. I am a diver, what would be helpful, especially for Pacific Coast divers, would be basic information about the current and swell. Aside from that it seems easy to use, I'm looking forward to playing with it.

App was functional but awkward and outdated looking. 2.0 keeps same function but improves looks greatly. It would be nice to slide the chart left and right; forward and back in time. Also, make the current time marker a bit more prominent.

Doesnt seem to work outside of the USA. I am in Thailand and it says the closest tide stations are in Guam !

Doesn't show UK tides any more.

Xtide functionality with very easy to use and beautiful interface. And no ads.

S. F. Bay. Gets tide stations right but for currents it starts with Coos Bay! I tried clearing data, Uninstalled and reinstalled, No joy.

A generally good, fast and easy to use app . A couple of enhancements would make it excellent viz. Current data for the UK and tidal heights in metres (for those of us who have gone over to the dark side).

Great app mostly. Needs a way to add favorites or more basic information so you don't have to search for your station every time you open it. User needs to pick n choose stations in areas they're not familiar with. Otherwise thanks!

Wish you could smooth drag the graphs instead of forward/back buttons. Also, a better map would be nice. Sized arrows on map indicating currents would rock. ...also, love MX Mariner =) Thanks Will!

Provides all the tidal info I need. Easy to use. Many thanks.

Update - having had the situation explained to me why my station is not there and find it's down to the money grabbing UK I would say it's good only for US users. Where is Guernsey and why no current data. It looks as though it should be good

MX Tides is a clean, simple and easy to use app. It has no adds, is free and works well. MX Tides represents open source software well and utilizes the latest code from David Flater's Xtide.
