I'm unable to make mobile deposits. The app prompts me log in again then tells me my user ID or password is invalid.

Same problem as others: mobile deposit makes me log in again and then tells me my username/pw is incorrect. People have been complaining about this for over 2 years now. Please fix it. I'm using Android 6.0.1 on a Galaxy S6.

The only reason I downloaded the app is so I could do mobile direct deposit and that feature appears to be missing from this version of the app.

Unable to use mobile deposit. All the pictures are placed in the "back of the Check" section. Tried it on different devices using different versions of Android.

The mobile deposit sucks. It makes the picture blurry and wont take my check. But if i go to the camera on my phone its nice and clear.

Why do I need all these permissions? Sketchy coming from somewhere that has a lot of my other info. I'll be using Privacy Guard with this for sure.

Why is it so difficult to set up bill pay from my Android smart phone? I was told it could only be done from a computer. Then another person told me I could use my phone. I need to edit what I have in my phone and add payees. Disappointed.
