OverSkreen Floating Browser

This really comes in handy when you need some real multitasking. I wish you could move the window off screen by holding/dragging the window bar. Similar to Windows because re-sizeing the view can be annoying.

As a college student who needs to be able to at once view the web while taking notes, this app has literally saved my life. Whether I am viewing my class online while taking notes, checking the syllabus while facebooking, or researching online while writing a paper, this apps functions far exceed many of the glitches it sometimes encounters.

I give this app a 5 star .does every thing it says it will do. Faster then dolphin. Sorry dolphin . Woukd give this app a 10 but numbers don't go that high. Love this.thanks guys. Grrat price .keep those fantastic apps coming . I just happened to stumble up on this app.glad i did . Lol !!!!!

Best browser there is. The 3 downfalls are: 1. Websites detect the browser to be Safari, can you say yuck? 2. You can only add and delete bookmarks but can not edit them. And 3. The auto fit to screen option stays on no matter if you turn it on or off in the settings and restarting the device or browser after changing that setting does not make a difference. Fix these 3 to get your 5 stars that is nearly deserved. Also stick its menu bars need to be more stable like you made this app. Also I never received a reply on stick it which doesn't work good at all. So users be aware that there is no support from this developer nor should he receive any support as he just ignores it by my personal experience :-/

Huawei y201 Android 4.01 {Faster than chrome mostly. Smaller download.} Fixed landscape but bookmark star kills app, also settings doesn't exit back to screen - need to go to notifications to reload screen. This might be due to the way the app works. Could you please add a small cfg file on phone to check license because if there's no credit on phone it eventually whinges about no found license and won't let you use it till you recharge credit.

I've tried ALL of the other Android browsers. This one stands out as the clear winner, even if it didn't have the "floating" feature; that is just a bonus and a very neat one, at that. I have uninstalled all the other browsers, except for the stock Android. I believe this browser uses the standard Android WebKit, but it excels in terms of stability, compatibility, and layout. Great job, Devs!

My only peeve is this Mac theme you got goin on. Thought I read its theme able.could be wrong tho. I wanna see more apps developed this way. And android should make a special overlay method to allow for these types of applications without the permissions requests. As long as the back and home buttons are access able I don't see why we need to worry.

Smartphones work by allowing their processors to operate one app at a time. But You've got to open a browser a lot, and when you do it on a smartphone you close the app that made you open the browser in the first place and then start all over. Overskreen solves that without cutting processor speed noticeably. And the browser itself seems to open everything chrome does. Love it!

Have on my phone and tablet.. Tablet is very convenient and would recommend to everyone a must have! On my gsII phone it is functional but a Web browser doesn't look good on a portion of the screen.. If you have a tablet DOWNLOAD NOW! WORTH EVERY $

I think this is for tablets but I its good on my s2 too. Just uninstalled Dolphin. Not sure I understand it very well but it does what I want really nicely. Thanks. (Just discovered drop down menus don't work so revised rating.)

When keyboard pops up, the whole browser shifts up and kind throws typing off. And with rotation on lock, it still rotates only when using browser. And when two browsers are open and going from landscape to horizontal, and the two browsers will come together and overlap each other. but it won't go back to original spot when it rotating it back from horizontal to landscape. Still needs work but overall, not bad.

I've used this app a few times but I recently realized that most links aren't clickable and overskreen is registering my touch below where my finger is.... Un installed and went to reinstall but it says jot compatible with s3. Is this the jelly bean problem? Love this app but would love it on my s3 again :)

I don't understand why there aren't more apps like this that enable TRUE multitasking. This I the future of Droid and the reason it will be ahead soon. Running on a Transformer Prime, and works beautifully. I now use it more than the other browsers.

Not only is it an excellent browser It allows you to open multiple instances. I have bookmarked and made certain radio and personal sites into homepages for instant access. Worth every penny.

I've been a hardcore Google Chrome user on my pc for about a year now. When I got this phone, I immediately got chrome and loved it. I thought it was missing that certain something the pc version has, so I began searching for a new browser. I got all of the free ones and thought every one was lame and ugly. I got this and was in awe. I love this browser. It's what multitasking is all about.

Maybe its your machine he said! Well maybe it's the Developer. This app is slow is doesn't load video's properly inside web pages. The buttons don't minimixe the just shut the brouser down. No side arrows to control screen like in windows app sucks big fail. .Now over a year later it still will not play flash games it claims to support. C'mon Dev quit working at Wendy's and get back to work on this app.

The only problem I've had so far is that when i resize the browser window, the right hand side gets chopped up. I have to refresh the screen in order to fix it. Once this gets fixed, I'll rate 5 stars. -Asus Transformer Infinity

Great app - I often miss a window like interface. On a tablet, it is especially noticeable. Great to have a browser that runs this way. Works great with javascript too.

Galaxy S2 here. I like to text. But switching back and forth from that to YouTube is a pain. This solved it. You can have this opened to YouTube while texting. I suppose you could be looking something up to.

I love the app. Feels like a new samsung feature. Only gripe is that it freezes the words with friends app so i cant use it while overscreen is on. Which would be good to have. But still great.

Have probs with setting the homepage. I want the new window to open ad the homepage i set it for. Also, its not possible to add to bookmarks, nothing happens when I do so, other than an upcoming overview over the bookmarks I already have. Thelse 2 probs, are not any issue in the "floating browser" that I'm trying out.

As the title says best ever it makes me feel like I'm on a actual computer. You can minimize it, run multiple sessions at once and it closes like an actual web browser. Then Its small in size doesn't take up a lot of room, its lightweight, and runs amazingly well on my android 2.3 smartphone. All I can say is please keep this lightweight and supporting old android smartphones. Only browser I can find that's this fast and amazing.

Here is your answer to not having pop out video like the Galaxy SIII, and then also having the pop out browser! Such a great app. Especially useful for tablets.

Overall I really like this browser its very useful but I have a few issues: 1)When tilting my tablet from landscape to portrait mode the browser screen size is change to half the screen and not full screen meaning I have to drag the screen back to make it full screen again. 2) I have it set not to remember passwords yet it remembers them and lastly the browser crashes sometimes but not often enough to become frustrating. :)

Its very quick...but will not save any bookmarks at all....so right now it's no good to me. if they fixed the bookmark issue would give 5 stars.

Grabbed this on a whim because I wanted a more robust and reliable browser for my Samsung Epic 4G Touch. It is SO much more than I expected! Fast, smooth, true multitasking - everything I wanted and more. Loved it so much I uninstalled Firefox, Chrome, and three others I tried first. I can't thank you enough for all the recovered space on my phone! :-)

Doesn't crash and is fast. The only problem is that tabs are useless on my phone. I can't scroll tabs over very easily and it's a pain to close them. There's room for them on the top bar, it just doesn't use it.

Very quick and smooth, only tweak I'd say is the new tab button gets in the way of seeing / scrolling through other tabs you have open. Clever and useful floating!

What I've needed for my android using behavior. Not As buggy as other overskreens I've used. Get this app it's fast free and mind blowing what a simple multi tabbed floating browser let's you do. Please work on The minimizing, if my EVO 4G LTE HAS NOTICES ALREADY IN THE PULL DOWN SHUTTER 80% OF THE TIME IT WON'T STAY OR IT WILL GO AWAY THEN COME BACK WITH ALWAYS ONLY TAB STILL OPEN. USUALLY THAT WOULD DROP A STAR+ ,BUT WITH THE REST OF THE INTELLIGENCE IN THOR PROGRAMING IT HAS CHANGED WHAT I DO ON ANDROIDS

V1.7.1 on Asus TF101 seems to have none of problems noted recently. Seems even more stable than before. Slightly sluggish but really trick/slick full featured browser implementation.

works awesome on my Gs3 I find however sometimes things freeze up or glitch while using this app minor adjustments needed most likely for software anyways still a great app

Very smooth, takes a little getting used to.

I originally gave this app a 5-star review, but after MONTHS of waiting I still can't use it on 4.1 or 4.2. I know it's compatible with 4.1 because I flashed it to my Nexus S, but I shouldn't have to pirate an app I paid for. How long until the update?

Pop-up browser with no non- sense lightening speed. Hasn't let me down or left for dead yet!!
