Don't trust this place. I couldn't create an account, and the website asked me to contact them. If they can't help you over the phone, and they want you to email them - scandalous. I called today, and the guy who answered the phone was rude. He got another guy name Jim to help. Jim asked me to email him my name, so he can look up as to what's going on with my issue. Are you too lazy to find out why, over the phone? This place is very unprofessional. Sounds like they're working from home. I don't know if all these people that are leaving positive reviews are friends, or perhaps they are the incompetent workers creating other accounts, to boost their feedback Heck, even paypal has better customer service After this, i'm actually happy, i couldn't create an account. This company is a sham. They have a facebook, they last posted too in October 2015, and a twitter account. it's nothing but praises from their shareholders. They try and make it sound like it's from actual customers..LOL. I signed up with this company, though nobody, i mean nobody answers the phone or even emails. All of a sudden they withdrew funds from my bank account $150, with no explanation. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get the money back. I had to close down my bank account completely, since they fail on all levels to answer the phone or return emails

I was looking for mobile app to make my banking easier. I stumbled over this app. Great look and easy to navigate. I can use it to pay my car loans and school bills but I can not transfer money to another person who I need to pay rent to. So I still use my bank for that. That is the reason for a lost star. Otherwise this app is pretty good. No issues with moving money yet. Hope this review helps!
