Event Planner

Allows you to track specific items for events that you are planning. Geared towards weddings, this tool allows you to track your budget, guest list, to do items, food, decorations and vendor contact list.
A built in wedding template can be used to track a categorized budget list that works off your overall budget. You set your budget, Event Planner provides a suggested budget for each category.

Main Page
Lists all events that you are currently tracking and allows you to add new events.

Add Event
Here you can specify which types of categories you would like to track for your event. If you use the built in wedding template, the Budget section will be pre-populated with several wedding categories with specific items that you will most likely be spending money on. If the wedding template is used and an overall budget is provided, each budget category will also be pre-filled with a suggested budget for each category.

Event Main
Here you can edit your events main details and get to other areas of your event planning.

Budget
The Budget section allows you to categorize all expenses that will be incurred while you plan your event. Each category is given a budget based on the overall budget. As expenses are added to the budget items page, the Event Planner will track whether or not you are within your budget.

Guest List
The Guest list section allows you to add people to your invite list for the event. You can pull directly from your phones contact list or add people individually. Here you can also track whether or not your guest has RSVPd, how many will be attending in the guests party and what food items each guest will be having (more geared towards weddings). You can also filter your guests lists by who has RSVPd and who has not yet replied. This section will also give you a total number invited, total number attending and total not yet replied.

To Do List
The To Do list allows you to track specific things that you need to do to prepare for your event. You can add a due date to your to do item and you can also add your to do item to your phones calendar so that you can set reminders and alarms.

Decor List
The Decor list allows you to add decoration items that you would like to purchase for your event and track whether or not you have purchased them yet.

Food List
The Food list allows you to track all food items that you would like to serve at your event. For wedding events, if you track which entree each guest is having within the Guest section, you will see a number next to each entree showing you how many guests have requested each entree.

Vendor/Contacts List
The Vendor/Contact lists allows you to track all people, companies, etc that you may need to contact during your event planning. You can email and call each contact directly from this section without having to go through your phones contact list or dial pad.
